I loved my visit to the Jonny Cash museum. I didn’t know much about his life and career and it was really interesting and insightful and moving to hear the artist’s background and the achievements in and outside work life/performing. I came away from the...More

Johnny Cash was a conundrum. He was the son of a Southern Baptist preacher who sang about people hard done by in life. He was known as "the man in black," because he was in mourning for his brother, who died in an industrial accident....More

5 years ago we visited this museum and loved it. This time not so much. First off the price was much higher. Second, way too many people were crammed in a small space. We could not enjoy all the exhibits in the first hall. Johnny...More

I loved this place. I gave myself plenty of time to read everything, look at everything and listen to everything. Three hours later I felt I had got to know Johnny Cash inside out. A brilliant testimony to a great American icon .

Amazing! Don’t be discouraged if there is a line, it moves quickly and they encourage you to take your time. Plenty of clever exhibits, original documents, films and pictures. Be sure to put on the headphones and listen at the many different video stations.

not much of a cash fan, but got a better appreciation of his talents and contribution to music from the museum. it's fairly small, but has a pretty good collection. the first section you enter is very tight and can be pretty crowded

I went at 11am on a weekday and it was perfect. Not too crowded. Not rushed.
