We rode our bicycles along the Green way and spent some time in this beautiful park. I enjoyed the Carillon bells that chime every hour and play Tennessee tunes like the Tennessee Waltz and others. We had a picnic lunch at the floating globe, a...More

Took a walk thru the park yesterday and really enjoyed the historical additions to the park especially the individuals dressed and citizens and soldiers from many different stages of Tennessee statehood. Also the farmers markets served deilicius and quick lunches with a wide variety.

Patsy Cline's CRAZY played by the 95 carillon bells was a hoot to listen to. Lots of folks were hanging out and just enjoying a warm October afternoon and listening to the bells. There are tributes to the Nashville greats - some still living, most...More

Very artistic with the detailing of the memorial. The Mom stars, the globe fountain, etc. Very beautiful and peaceful.

Great place to relax, grab a snack or a meal in the market, and enjoy the green space. The historical timeline of Tennessee on the wall along the path is informative.

Close to excellent farmers market and the Capitol. It was neat to read the Tennessee history at the park and then go to the Capitol. Made for a nice afternoon

A nice stroll in the park that is close to the Farmers Market and the free Tennessee state museum. At the end of the park you have a great view of the Capitol. There are water features that kids of all ages can play with.
