About
This exciting tour outfits you in a hooded raincoat and takes you into a cave and then along a catwalk near the foot of the falls for an up-close, wet and very rewarding view of the thunderous, cascading waters.

Probably the best thing to do on the USA side of Niagara Falls. Get up close and personal with the falls and learn the little known about history of the falls and Tesla electricity.

We assumed that there was a cave behind the Falls that you could go see, but it's not. It was still really cool to be at the bottom of the Falls looking up and listening to the water!

We went the first week of October. No lines. No waiting. You just buy your ticket or a Discovery Pass that includes Cave of the Winds in the Niagara Falls State Park ticket office.

Not that I’m aware of. If you plan on multiple activities you might consider buying the discover or adventure pass before you go. It will save you money.

We did Hornblower too. The Canadian side is prettier. Stay after dark to see the lighting of the falls from Canadian side.
