If you enjoy driving and great vistas, this is the road for you. Traffic is light, hairpin curves are aplenty, and you might reach above the clouds.

On the way to Cachi the road climbs the mountain before entering the Calchaquies valley , reaching its highest point at 3154 m above sea level from where you have a wonderful sight from above

Depends on your driving habits. We drove the car ourselves. To go to the top about 45 min. Downhill the same. You want to look around.
