This is a beautiful park with great views of the city. The drive but to the San Martin statue is also very nice. The statue itself “tells” a great story. This park is work a visit if you are in Mendoza.

We went for a walk up the hill and we were surprised by the size of this park.
There is always a lot of activity in this park with locals walking their dogs.
This park is enormous and a great place to wander around.
This park is well maintained and is an easy walk from downtown through comfortable residential neighborhoods. Turning left/south upon entering the main gate there is a pretty lake and adjoining rose garden which we circumnavigated. Weather is cool in May so bring a jacket.
