Antigua is one of the nicest colonial towns. There are many old ruins to explore and travelers will have a great time walking the cobblestone streets.

This church which I visited with Elizabeth Bell as my guide is a shadow of its former self - that which has survived several earthquakes It' two chapels are lovely but more importantly its collection of 16th C art is striking. Well worth a visit...More

This church and its history make for an interesting tour. We had a group of 10 and a guide and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Don't go by yourselves, be sure to get a guide so you can learn more.

Came for a visit at 1630 hrs. Paid entrance fee, and was quickly greeted by a Tour guide named Marcelino (or named very similar). He gave us a great tour, and then at the end proceeded to rip us off for Q600. Enter the Museo...More

It is a very beautiful church, big, from el Cerro de la Cruz is the one with the white dome. Is approx 10 minutes walk from the city center.
