Had good food, amazing hookah, all the shop keepers are super kind. If something has a price on it - be considerate and do not barter with them (more often than not they'll offer up a lower price) if no price is displayed feel free...More

Only walking in Souq waqif is a therapy for me. Links you to the past. Very live and pure. Restaurants could be better though. I dont have a favorite restaurant in souq waqif which is unfortunate!

Very nice place for families. One can go for shopping, or food or even just to learn about Qatar heritage. Kids will enjoy the pits market where they can see and play with cats, rabbits' turtles and many others. Normally, some events will be running...More

Absolutely must see this charming old market. We were dropped here late afternoon after an exciting tour dune bashing and found so many amazing places to eat. There are narrow alleys and delicious smells around every corner. It was a spectacular place when the lights...More

Hi- there is a beach at the Katara Cultural Village. Take Uber - they are cheaper than taxis and traffic can be bad so you don’t have to worry about the meter running. Have fun.
