Short 15 minute hike from Friar’s bay. Even walking down the path to the beach there are beautiful views to be had. Really special place that I would recommend to not miss.

My husband and I walked/hiked to Happy Beach from our hotel in Grand Case on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived, it was crowded with families. We were expecting a quiet, unpopulated beach. Perhaps a lot of families come here on the weekend. Beautiful beach...More

To get to Happy Bay Beach, just walk to the end of Friar's Beach and you'll see the trail. The little hike has some nice views of the ocean and I saw a lot of iguanas. Happy Bay is smaller and secluded and there are...More

We had the beach mostly to ourselves. I'm not sure if it was a topless beach but my was made that assumption and no one bothered us.

Happy Bay was always my favorite beach on the island. When I was able to return just last week after Irma's destruction, I could not believe my eyes. What happened to my Happy Bay? It is almost unrecognizable. That being said, I will always make...More

No, not that I know of, I always take the trail but I do believe there is a road to the condos on the hillside. But do not know the way from 'that' road to the beach.
