This is the most narrow retail streets I've ever seen. I took the funicular down and spent the better part of a day exploring all of the little shops and finding the different murals. It's really great to see so much history being preserved.
We came here just off a cruise ship. There are lots of shops. We particularly like the jade and stone shops. You won't spend much time here, but you have to go through it to the more interesting upper city.
Had a great time exploring..never quite sure what was around the corner..loved the huge paintings on the side of buildings...at least 3 different ones..also little UNESCO spots...keep your eyes open or you might miss treasure
Historic Old Town has been covered extensively but there are a good collection of sights in Lower Town that lie between the Old Port and Old Town. Fountains, fun little shops, and everything else that surrounds Old Town offer wonderful walking opportunities.

We love visiting for the old structures and the large number of most excellent art galleries with a huge variety and styles of art. Very popular and extremely crowded streets. Great restaurants and bistros with lots of high priced souvenirs.
