I came here for a lovely morning walk and got a nice workout, beautiful scenery and the most stunning view from the chalet. I definitely recommend this to any visitor to the area.

Great views of the city buts it’s quite a walk up hill. You get a real perspective of the size of Montreal

While this is a nice place to take a hike it is not one of the better Olmstead parks. From what I’ve read since our visit the park was never completed to the original plan. There are none of the vista views or details that...More

We could see the Mount from our room at Western Ville-Marie. At the top of the mountain the views of the city were gorgeous.

That would be perfection. There is tobagganing and ice skating in the winter. If I get the chance I would definitely want to go back and see the view in different seasons

We had perfect weather for this - lots of sun. We wound up catching a bus at the top to take us back to our hotel, which was really easy to do.

Parc du Mont-Royal
Montreal was named for this hilly highland, where the
tallest spot in the city overlooks its most extensive
