Some excellent lunch options. try Brown's pulled pork sandwich for $8. Best deal in town. Other good options upstairs and downstairs too.

Small market with a few prepared food stands. My favorite was the raw oyster bar and the Portuguese Egg Tarts from Carousel Bakery. I bought olives, pickles and pepperoni and had fish and chips there.

Must visit to see and taste the beautiful fresh produce from the local area. Smells abound and the choice and variety make, making a decision tricky. The strawberries and blueberries were amazing. Housed in a beautiful old building.

Good for first time visitors. Meat and seafood is excellent but the few food outlets there serve only average stuff. Can’t compare to other iconic markets eg Tsukiji market in Tokyo or La Boqeira in Barcelona.Nonetheless one on the cheklist to tick off in Toronto
