We have been to numerous IMAX theatres and unfortunately, this was my least favorite. You would expect to be awed by the spectacular aerial drone footage of the falls but the 40+ minute movie offered only old film until the very last minute or so....More

It was rainy, so we decided to go to the IMAX our first morning at Niagara Falls. The Movie, Niagara: Miracles, Myths, and Magic had some information on how the falls were formed, Indian lore Maid-of-the-Mist, early explorers, and daredevils and stuntmen. Although old, i'm...More

This was not what we expected. The movie was very dated and not that great. It needs a refresh and to include more about the geology of the falls and include the history they touch on in the current version. I can't recommend this attraction...More

The sound system is wonderful but the movie, although interesting, was outdated with poor color and the screen was not a full Imax surround screen. It is a good venue for a rest from walking or reprieve from bad weather. They give you a 15%...More

I guess I had always thought IMAX was more of a surround/360 movie set up, but apparently not. This was just a huge movie screen, the movie was decent, and loud. I still can't help but wonder how the kitten grew into adulthood, and changed...More

There are three parts to this museum and I recommend them all. One is an IMAX theater where they present the story of the Falls starting with Native American legends, then following what happened with the arrival of settlers, industry, showmen, and tourism; it was...More

We missed the first 5 min of the movie, but I don't think we missed much. The movie theatre is definitely older and could use some updating. With that said, I'm glad we went. I felt the movie was interesting with all the stories of...More

We were a multi-generational group looking for an activity on a rainy day. This fit the bill. The movie is outdated and yes, it's not a full 180-degree IMAX... but it was interesting and overall we liked it.

First we saw the IMAX movie about Niagara Falls and the story about the first person who ever went over the falls in a barrel with her cat. We enjoyed the movie. Then we went into the exhibition and saw lots of different vessels which...More

I purchased a Groupon for the IMAX show and the museum and both were really enjoyable. The concession was also very reasonably priced for Niagara!

The building entrances straddles both streets, as it in the middle of the parking lot. There are actually 2 doorways, both just a few steps from the lot, and both streets. If you are taking the WEGO bus, there are stops... More
