We hired a guide at the entry and just loved every minute of our tour. The place is beautiful and so alive. We saw artifacts that are incredible and the view itself was worth the visit.

Be prepared for a bit of a hike up the hill to this amazing Castle. We got a guide who explained in detail a lot of the history behind the exhibits. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our experience.

Great views of the city from this palatial site. The castle is slightly modest in size and grandeur, but nevertheless beautiful. Interior spaces are subtle, but harmonious. The Diego murals and staircase are awesome. Definitely worth a visit.

The castle is quite nice but the gardens were disappointing. Also none of the exhibit explanations were in English.

The gardens are amazing! We had a tour guide so we got some good history. The terrace is stunning for some great photos as well! The hill steep so wear good walking shoes!

No guide is needed for a basic tour. The Anthropology Museum offers most of its information in both Spanish and English, plan on a full day here, it is well worth seeing every room and every display including the opening... More

I did not see any bag check on the entrance. So I don't recommend that you go there with a suitcase.

There is an elevator for the disable just a little bit after the first check point, to the left of the walking path.
