I was staying in La Roma, which is just beside La Condesa, so I got to wander those streets a lot. Very charming neighborhood, cute shops, and nice restaurants. Lots of trees, clean, and I felt quite safe as well.

La Condesa is full of restaurants, bars, shopping, people walking their dogs, parks and residences. The neighborhood has a cozy laid back atmosphere.

This seems to be a nice and civilised neighbourhood with traffic and sometimes dirty zones. There are plenty of restaurants on the area.

Well worth visiting if you're in Mexico City for an extended stay. The area was once a hippodrome, so the large oval racecourse is now a beautiful walkway with several small streets jutting off of it. Great cafes, bistros, restaurants, boutique hotels surrounded by lovely...More

We were staying in the heart of downtown CDMX (just off the Zocalo) and had spent five days or so exploring the packed, bustling, crazy (in a very good way) city. We had done most everything on foot and were getting a little tired of...More

Not expensive at all, I recommend to go during weekdays since weekend is pretty busy and can be explicit and expensive depending where you go!

The Condesa is a great place top stay. It is the home of many artists and more of a bohemian feel. Lots of parks, great restaurants central to many tourist attractions. I always feel safe there.
