I have traveled to San Juan many times, and I cannot get enough of it. The historic sites, the food, the people and the shops are always amazing. I have never in my many visits there, encountered a rude person. There was this time last...More

Great restaurants are all around, fun lively places to dance the night away. Grab a Pina Colada served in a hallowed-out pineapple, it makes for a great picture and they are delicious! We only went around a couple of blocks during the day, so we...More

Take a few hours and walk the grounds of old san juan. Good food, good shopping and good sites. I wish we researched it a little more to ensure we saw any highlights we may have missed.

Lots of walking but very beautiful place. People are mostly friendly. There is a lot a shops but the best place to buy souvenirs is from the street vendors.

Great way to explore on foot and see the historical (and well preserved) architecture of the city. Must wear comfortable walking shoes (cobblestone alleys) But unique shops, nestling with pigeons, umbrella alley and more awaits your feet and Instagram

I just used google maps and it looks like Old San Juan is about 9 min from Condado Lagoon Villa. When we were there in April we were a little further, but it was really easy to get there via Uber.
