It's a very short trail, easy to do, with exceptional views. It will be the busiest part of the North Rim, but that's still not busy if you're used to the vistas from the South Rim.

Walk out and look! Take your time and drink in the vista. I'm not certain if it was permitted, but we climbed up on top of the point. WHAT a VIEW! But don't do it if you get vertigo!

An easy, short and pleasant trail. Excellent lighting an hour before sunset. Can be crowded, but it's easy to find quiet corners to hang out.

1/4 mile in and out. If you are not used to high altitude, this may be difficult to do. The trail is well paved. Don’t be ashamed to take a break. It is tough coming back up. There is a trailhead by the North Rim...More

This place is right near the Bright Angel Lodge. It's one of the best views of the Canyon. There is also access to Bright Angel Trail right near there as well. A great place for all.

This is a short walk from the North Rim Lodge. You get a slightly different perspective view from here, and especially to the east. You can see the North Kaibab trail below, which actually starts a ways back up the highway from the lodge.

The short trail of eight hundred meters is steep in part of the way but the lovely view to the canyon is worth it.
