We almost let the bad reviews turn us off visiting. So glad we did visit. Only a 15 minute walk downhill (admittedly dusty) to the pools in a beautiful valley. We were the only visitors. We walked across the suspension bridge to the three pools...More

Even the 5 dollars one pays to get in is excessive for the current state of this place. The changing rooms smell like urine, dirty toilet papers everywhere... not a pleasant place to enjoy hot springs. Skip it!

I was warned this location is not very clean. When we visited, we were charged s/15 including for small children. All the indoor, ceramic pools were emptied of water. The 6 outdoor springs were all crowded with upwards of 10 people including many, many splashing...More

The pools are located at the bottom of the hill: one covered pool with changing booths, then 3 small round pools across the creek via an Indiana Jones bridge which sets the scene. Facilities are basic, water is clean and could be warmer, still enjoyable...More

Nice view, but very dirty. Especially the toilets stink and are covered with goo. Changing rooms are very dark, no hooks to hang something up. Be careful, the steps are partly very slippery and there are no handles. I actually fell. More maintenance would do...More

Interesting walks, ruins and a bath in the hot springs. Remember to walk slowly as it is high and take your bathers with you!

We were able to walk from our lodge and took a taxi back. Had dressing rooms and shower available. The pools are drained and cleaned at the end of every day. Very beautiful place and really enjoyed the hot waters.

Of you want to soak your muscles after hiking and travelling, then this is a nice place to come. Entry fee is 15 soles and you can buy beer and sodas. Lockers are provided, and there are places to get changed. Sorry... no photos as...More

I think it was a bad decision to go to this place, the price is 15 Peruvian soles and the place is uncomfortable. The dressing rooms are bad, they can not be closed. The worst thing is that the water is very cold, they do...More

It was a disappointment that the water temperature was just warm enough to stay in for a long time but nothing like a proper thermal bath for healing. Despite this, the setting is nice and on a dry, tiring day this is still a blessing....More
