          Kariba Symi Trip
apart from how beautiful Symi is, Kariba Travel were fantastic. they messaged in advance of our booked trip to check what hotel we were staying at and arranged our collection from a hotel next to us. Very friendly driver and at the departure point, the staff were very helpful. The trip obviously depends on the weather, luckily we ended up on a good day. Plenty of seating on the boat, plus a shop onboard for drinks if needed. First port of call was Panormitis Manastry...beautiful tranquil place and plenty of stop off time to have a good look around. back onboard to Symi. It was better than expected..we had approx. 4 hours to look around, plenty of restaurants/cafes to get refreshments. Back to Rhodes Town (about an hour) All in all, fantastic experience.....thank you Kariba, we had a great experience and would highly recommend you company.

Lindos: a place well worth visiting.
This trip is worth doing. Kariba Travel is very efficient and well-organised with excellent communication and information before and during the trip. Christina was an excellent guide, well-informed and interesting. Lindos is a beautiful place. Anyone who can manage the walk should visit the Acropolis and experience marvellous views as well as soaking up the history - there was good time to explore the ruins of an Ancient Greek temple and the fortress of the Knights of St John. In the town, visit St Mary's Church, a very beautiful Greek Orthodox church with a museum at the back containing some stunning artefacts. We did feel that Lindos itself is in danger of losing its character and interest by being over-commercial. The woodland and lake at Seven Springs make a pleasant walk but the Springs themselves are underwhelming. On balance, perhaps the organisers might reduce or cut out this part of the trip and spend more time in Lindos and its bay.

          Not to be missed.
A lovely day out. Wonderful views from Filerimos Hill and ample time to explore the monastery and site of the cross. The peacocks were on form with a very colourful display. Even given that there were not many butterflies with it being too early in the season, the valley was worth seeing and exploring. We would advise that you go up to the upper part of the valley first. This is a well-organised trip with enough time in both places.

          Bumpy Rhodes
We had a fantastic day out on the Jeep safari with Alex as our tour guide. We shared our Jeep and the driving with another lovely French couple. It really is a special way to see a part of the island of Rhodes that we would otherwise have missed. Thank you to Alex and the team at Kariba for a memorable day 💙

          Wonderful tour
The pick up from and to the hotel was great. Symi looks exactly the way it looks on the pictures. The monastery was cute but there's not much to see. But I still enjoyed it. We had enough time to shop, walk around, climb to a church, and eat. Bring a jacket because it gets windy in the boat. I am glad we went on this tour.

The seven springs trail needs to be checked for the safety of the visitors by an authorised organisation.
After reading reviews and from visiting the seven springs ourselves. I would like to say that the organisation or tourism board should run a check on this place, especially the hiking trails. The trails are certainly badly signposted, covered with fallen trees, steep dangerous slopes and certainly not suitable for flip-flops. People came to us asking for directions. A safety check should be made on this place before a serious accident happens!

          Great day out.
Brilliant day out with the family. My 12 and 14 year old girls loved it. Some real thrills. Cost of food and drinks inside was not excessive. Plenty of beds about for those that will chill in the sun. Really glad we visited. Transfer bus to and from Rhodes town was a bonus. We got there for it opening and stayed the whole day. Felt it was understaffed but those that were on did really well and were friendly. Queuing wasn’t excessive.

The views was amazing, where appropriate footwear. You don’t have to climb to the top. Restaurant and souvenir shops.

          Great day out
I went with my family, I'm probably not the best one to review because I didn't go on anything. So it was a good day out €108 for the 4 of us paid on the door. Lockers were good with wifi locks on a bracelet, cost €6 but you get €4 back. Managed to get two pizzas and two chips for lunch at one of the huts which fed the 4 of us, it is crowded at lunch time but we got a table and food came quickly. Prices where ok for food. We bought drinks in the shop to make it cheaper. The rest of the family loved the rides. The staff were very competent. During the day we were there there was a 20 min power cut. They reacted very well instantly stopping people from going down slides. It was quite eerie for a bit and people started cooling off in the pools. Oh the walk up to the park entrance is VERY steep so be prepared for the epic walk in the heat. I was disappointed with the wave pool. Waited and waited and waited but the waves never happened while I was hanging around there. However I wasnt too bothered as I moved over to the lazy pool and floated around happily several times. The views from here are stunning. The whole water park is on a hill so everywhere you go is an effort of going up or down slopes or steps.

          Worth spending a day
Many different slides, something for everyone, most parts of the waterpark is clean, except the toilets maybe.. Ok food, a bit pricy, music playing all day, wear bathshoes, that is a must!! Can be bought at the supermarket in the waterpark.

          Superb
We took the Kariba Travel Rhodes Island Tour as part of our Wedding Anniversary Celebration and although the original Date had to be cancelled due to Health Reasons with a weeks delay, the wait sure was worth it. Full day 0905 - 1725 the whole Experience was Superb. The Mini-Bus Driver and the Tour Guide were both Excellent with the Latter’s extensive knowledge of the Island second to none. Well worth the Cost and if you are looking for an Excursion then look no further than Kariba, they sure will make your time well worth it.

          Dangerous
You will not leave without an injury. Badly hurt my elbow falling out of ring as water is far too shallow at end of ride

Lots to see, and just rhe right amount of time on each stop. The guide was very good, we learned a lot about greek culture and habbits too, not just facts about the visited sites. Even the teenager loved the trip.

Firstly reviews are written from our family’s point of view. You may have your own opinions or disagree.
The tour was a full day with multiple stops covering mainly villages in the mountains
Michael the guide was extremely knowledgeable and funny and had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the islands history
Stop 1. An old ruined castle - very picturesque
Stop 2. Wine, mastic , honey and olive oil tasting - very interesting
Stop 3. An old classically built hotel - chance for a coffee
Stop 4. A fascinating Byzantine church
Stop 5. A pond full of coy carp
Stop 6. Lunch in a taverna in the mountains
Stop 7. Feeding watermelon to deer
Stop 8. A health giving spring and hollowed out tree
Stop. 9. Kalithea springs - where you can swim

        Need to know.
        1. If you get car sick it’s a bit windy on the road. Sit at front
        2. If you’re tall , legroom on coach is terrible
        3. Michael points out things from the front of bus which you cannot see further back as the windows are not high enough on the sides
        4. There isn’t enough time at kalithea springs to get changed, swim and get changed again
        5. Lunch is not included in the price . Not clear in literature
        6. Entrance to kalithea springs is not included but it’s only 3 euros. Again this is not included in literature
        7. If you have mobility issues , it’s all fine except walking up to first castle which you can admire from below anyway

Overall worth it but take note
