    What to Expect
Snuggle up with some of the world’s cutest dogs during this educational visit to a facility for Alaskan Husky sled dogs near Tromsø. This family-friendly excursion is a great way to get up close and personal with these amazing animals and the fascinating world of competitive dog sled racing.
Depart from central Tromsø in the afternoon, driving 30 minutes outside the city center to this friendly facility for dog lovers. Enjoy some friendly tongue licks and plenty of time for petting and playing with the more than 300 four-legged friends, from puppies to experienced dog-sled pullers, that call this Husky habitat home.
During your visit you’ll also learn about the competitive world of dog sled racing, including its crown jewel race, the Iditarod. Enjoy a brief informational film about endurance competitions and learn about the facility’s owner, Tove, a “most inspirational musher” award recipient.
Return back to your trip’s original starting point in the late afternoon.

I would think that it is possible - since Thea are open all winter time at lest. But I would have giving them a call in beforehand just to be sure!

Most of the cruise ships lay on trips, that's what I did, all booked through the ship, it's a 30 minute drive from the port
