Excellent family run operation. The team (Michelle and Ash) are hospitality focused while also being unpretentious. This is not a "show cave" experience; you'll be scrambling and maybe squeezing in a few places. For those anxious about caving, the risk factor is no different than a day hike through rocky terrain. And at the end, the worms put on a brilliant show.

This was an amazing experience! It was exciting to be able to make our way through a cave in its natural state. We appreciated being provided with clothing, boots, and helmet with light for our adventure climbing over the rocks and sloshing through the underground water. Ash is an awesome guide, and he led us through the cave with both knowledge and a good sense of humor, as well as with kindness and concern for everyone in the group. We loved too that he offered to take great photos of us as we went through the cave, and with the incredible glow worms above us. This experience is a highlight of our trip!

This tour was unreal and a great alternative to some of the other tours that are either very athletically focused or need you to push your comfort zone. This tour might not be the most comfortable for someone afraid of caves but there were no tight spots that made me or anyone in my group nervous or claustrophobic. We went for ~3.5 hours and had a great time. Our guide Ash was very knowledgeable but you do have to endure a lot of dad jokes. The only thing of your own that you wear is underwear and everything else is provided to keep you warm in the cave. This was my second glowworm tour, I also did one that involved jumping into a river and climbing a waterfall. That one was great to do in my early 20’s and this one was awesome in my early 30’s! I felt safe the whole time but still got to do physical activity and got to learn - highly recommend.

The tour was a fun adventure for me and my husband and we appreciated the small group size. Ash was a great guide and made sure everyone felt comfortable while navigating through the cave. The glowworms were truly amazing! Overall it was a great experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

We had wonderful trip in the cave. Very well organized and a lot’s of interesting information. Guide made also nice photos from us during our hike in the cave.

This tour was absolutely amazing! With the small group it makes the experience much more personal. Ash is a fantastic guide, full of knowledge and happy to answer all your questions. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and will go on it again if we are back in the area!

This is a real deal if you want to see a real glow worm cave unspoilt. It was truly magical when you see all the glow worms like gazing at a starry sky! But, be prepared to climb over rocks and get feet wet. It is not for the faint hearted and requires decent level of fitness. Coming out of the cave, you will need to ascend through quite many wooden steps. But, we loved it! Bonus point: our tour guide, Ash, was cool and funny and very helpful. Our team mates were also friendly and nice.

We had the best time exploring the Caves with Ash. He was fun, kind and informative making the experience as great as it was. These experiences are often make or break by the one leading you and you are in excellent hands with Ash. The caves were a great time to explore and when we got to the worms they were even cooler in person. Off the beaten track cares for their customers and we couldn’t recommend them enough!
