          Fantastic company
I highly recommend this company and their tour guide Caspin whether it’s an airport transfer or an island tour, they were fantastic. Caspins knowledge of the island of Oahu was really good and very interesting and informative. Highly recommend using this company if travelling to Oahu.

          Hiking to tidepools
Amazing hiking and swimming and the guides were the best!!!! So fun. Highly recommend this!!! The hike down is off trail and not for small kids but perfect if you like a bit of a hike! The swimming was amazing and hiking back up was great. The guides are very knowledgable and know how to take it easy when needed!!!

Pearl Harbour Transfer from Cruise Terminal
We used Aloha hiking to provide private transfers between the Honolulu Cruise Terminal and Pearl Harbour. Their service was prompt, friendly and helpful, They were on time for our morning pick up from the cruise terminal and gave us a lot of valuable information about Pearl Harbour and how to get the best out of our day there. When we finished we called them and they picked us up to take is back to the ship within 20 minutes. on the way back we were given tips on other things to see and do around Honolulu. This let us see the amazing street art which we would have missed if our driver hadn't told us about it. Vehicles were clean and comfortable and price was good.

          Great Service!
Used their shuttle service to go from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise ship the next day. I can’t say enough about the great service Mai provided. On time pickup, and timely communications. Great value for service.

          Thanks Mai !!
Hi All, we were very fortunate to complete a tour with Mai during our recent Hawaii holiday. She was fantastic with our kids, knew great locations and was a very smooth and assured driver. Her van was very clean and the equipment provided for snorkeling was great!! Once again, thanks Mai for a great tour. Regards, Patrick

Caspin - What an awesome tour guide!
We have just arrived back at our hotel after a custom tour with Caspin! We had such a fun day visiting Dole Plantation, North Shore food trucks, seeing turtles in the wild and Waimea Falls! Caspin was so patient with us, we never felt rushed and was extremely good with our two little boys aged 4 & 1! Even so much so my eldest just said to me “I love that fella Caspin” 😆😍 we originally used Aloha hiking tours to visit Aulani for the character breakfast from Waikiki and Caspin was so prompt and lovely we booked in for an additional tour! If you book with Aloha hiking you won’t be disappointed, so well looked after! Thank you Caspin! Oh and he took photos for us too! A big plus when mum is usually taking all the photos!

          Highly recommend
Highly recommend Aloha Hiking. Steve and Mai were wonderful and tolerant hosts who coped with three generations and three children under 4( 3 years, 18 months, and one) with absolute generosity of time and appropriate activities on a day trip to the North Shore. It was a most relaxing day and we experienced a variety of activities....Train ride and Pineapple ice cream at Dole Plantation, coffee and chocolate farm, swimming with turtles, Walk and waterfall at Waimea Bay gardens and jumping of rocks at Waimea Bay beach. Something for everyone! At no time were we rushed or felt we missed out on something. We arrived back at our Hotel tired but having had a fabulous day. Thank you guys. Love your style.

Airport transfers and Circle Island Tour
We used Aloha Hiking for our Airport transfers and also a Circle Island Tour. The tour catered for everyone on board. It was my second island tour so I appreciated visiting some sights I hadn’t been to. The snorkelling with the turtles was amazing, we visited the dole plantation and coffee and chocolate plantation. Another highlight was the walk to Waimea Falls and the swim, there is an extra entry fee here. We stopped at the park Chinamans hat for photos. Lunch at Shark Cove Beach and the food trucks for some Shrimp was great. A stop at Laie Point for photos (remember the cliff scene “ Forgetting Sarah Marshall”) I felt we certainly saw a lot of places on our trip so thank you Aloha hiking for a great day.

Diamond Head Gem of a Tour
We found that our trip to Hawaii was perfectly timed during the first week of June, as none of our tours had been fully booked & the crowds everywhere have been very lite. The same went for this trip & it was as if we had our own personal tour guid with Mai 😊... she was so nice & ended up customizing our tour just for us. Since we had already seen the Blow Hole on one of our previous tours, she changed that one to another spot we had not seen yet. The hick up Diamond Head was a little difficult, and could be a problem for elderly folks, but the view is worth the climb. The Japanese Temple was a great location for photo ops. But the best part of the tour for me, was Kailua Beach!!! The sand was white & soft, the water was aqua in color & crystal clear, not to mention warm, so warm you could just walk right in so it’s perfect if you have little ones. No wonder it was voted number 1 beach in America by some agencies. But what made it special was Mai, by the time we finished our tour it felt like we had known her for a long time. Which has actually been a common thing with everyone we have been meeting here in Hawaii, Ohana has been the true theme of our entire trip... The Salazar

Super Efficient & Friendly - Very Knowledgeable
A BIG THANK YOU to Steve & Mai for transporting us & our extended family around. We 1st started with an Airport Transfer & then used Steve & Mai several times to see around Oahu (they made travelling with two infants significantly easier & a much more enjoyable time). They were always punctual, extremely polite, knowledgeable of the area & easy to talk to. Thank you to you both for a very enjoyable holiday.

          Great North Shore Tour!!
We did a custom tour with Aloha Hiking, Transfer & Tours. The lovely Mai was so flexible. My husband uses a wheelchair & even though we knew the van wasn’t strictly wheelchair accessible, it was so refreshing to have someone not at all fazed by the wheelchair. She custom made our tour & we had an awesome day visiting some truly beautiful places & finished with a late lunch at Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck! Highly recommend you do a tour with these guys, highlight of our stay!

We chose Aloha Hiking for our transfer to and from airport as all the reviews l have seen have been positive and Mai & Steve were very friendly and helpful. Well that was so true, they were prompt friendly, helpful and best part it only cost $56.00 for 4 of us for the to our Hotel and back to airport! Would use them again & would also do other tours with them too. Thank Mia & Steve.

          Great experience
My husband & I did this together. Early start to get to Hanauma Bay to snorkel. Loved the stops along the way. The waterfall was so beautiful. Our guide Mani was so lovely and gave us some information along the way. I really appreciated the fact that we were given snorkelling equipment, footwear for the waterfall and mosquito repellent. Our belongings were locked in the van if we wanted and pick up/drop off at our door. Would do it again

This was a fantastic full island small group tour. Our guide, Bryce, was fun and brilliant with island knowledge and history! He completely pampered us with a fantastic breakfast and lunch set up in nice shaded stops, but also provided warm lavender wash cloths after breakfast and cool ones after our hike to see the lava lake! He managed to fit in an extra stop so we could go to a farmers market as well! It was a really great tour and well worth the cost!

My husband and I booked the circle tour as a way to see a bit of the island as this was our first trip to Hawaii, along with 6 other passengers , we visited the Dole plantation, a secret [lol] beach where hubby snorkeled with Turtles , then up to the north shore and the food trucks, then Waimea falls which due to lack of rain was only a trickle , but the walk through the gardens was nice, another beach location for photo opportunities, and then the china man's hat , the whole time Caspin was informative and friendly on the entire tour , it was a great day and we were glad we went with Aloha Hiking tours

I don’t usually write reviews unless the experience was really bad or exceptionally good... in this case the tour was absolutely AMAZING!

I could not recommend our tour guide Caspin highly enough. He looked after myself, my girlfriend, our big family including a ten year old girl and a 70+ year old grandmother. He really took care of each and every one of us and made sure we were all having fun.

We were taken to the usual key sights and also some “locals only” spots which were really special. Caspin taught us all a lot about the island and also made sure to take some awesome photos of us across the whole day.

This tour was truly the best day of our trip!

Thanks again Caspin and Aloha Hiking!

Tyco was the best tour guide we have ever known. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The places he chose to stop at were just what we were looking for. All of our food stops were just what we liked. We never felt like we were pushed to move along. He made my first trip to Hawaii amazing!

Mai took such good care of our extended family day out. Her friendly and flexible approach accommodated everyone's interests and abilities. She customised the itinerary and offered a really value for money experience jam-packed with sites and experiences. Mai made it fun and informative, and was really good at capturing the memories by offering to take photos of us at each location we visited. Our group included 5 youth ranging in age from 8 to 20, and four of us middle aged folk, from America, Australia and Canada. We saw numerous little highlights that together added up to the most memorable day of our ten days on the island. This included snorkelling in safe, clear, shallow water teeming with beautiful fish and coral - perfect for our youngest nervous snorkeler and a delight for the confident snorkelers who ranged afar chasing fish through coral formations. We saw juvenile sea turtles surfing in to feed on seaweed. Our eyes popped out of our heads when we saw a very large monk seal napping on the beach. We shopped and enjoyed an information tour at the cacao and coffee factory, and bought exquisite coffee served at the White House enjoy at our house. The kids went to the Polynesian Cultural Centre after lunch and had a blast, while some of us did more amazing sight seeing and had a very refreshing coldie at the Turtle Bay resort. Lovely clean vehicle, safe driving and personalised service. You can't do better than that.

Mai picked the nine of us up for our own personal tour. First stop Nu'uanu Pali Lookout, looking over the Windward Shore. Then onto the Valley of the Temples and Byodo-In Temple, next a Macadamia nut farm, where we cracked some nuts with huge stones on a tree trunk. Time for a paddle in the sea. Stopped to look at Mokoli'i Island (Chinamans Hat). We headed for the North Shore stopping where we wanted to. Shark Cove is where some of us snorkled and we had lunch from one of the many food trucks. One of the highlights for us all was watching Turtles in the surf at one of the beaches. Dole plantation was our last stop, where we got to try the famous Dole whip! Yum! Mahalo Mai for the very memorable day and taking group photos for us at all our stops. We would recommend Mai for tours, as she was very professional and took us to some amazing places.
