Great experience. Staff are friendly and Paul our pilot was amazing. Starting from booking to flying was fantastic, they are very helpful and making sure our safety. Unforgettable and amazing experience.

The flight was deleted because of weather conditions and we have not received money back yet. I hope it will happen today.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This is an amazing experience so don’t just consider it, book it! We have never experienced anything like this before and would book again if the opportunity arose. Friendly and very knowledgeable pilot (Tim) who flew us up the Franz Josef glacier, up and over towards Fox glacier and then a landing at the top of the Franz Josef. Incredible views. We were very lucky to have a crisp sunny morning. Great team on the ground too so if the weather wasn’t on your side I would expect they’d do everything in their power to get you on another flight.

Amazing and once-in-a-lifetime experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful (our original timing was postponed due to being too rainy/cloudy). Once we’d landed on the snow, the pilot took lots of photos for us which was very nice and appreciated!

Wonderful experience and not even a little bit scary! The stop on the glacier was just magic. Not to be missed. One of the highlights of our trip so far.

Amazing, initially clouded in and original booking transferred to next day. Right from desk staff to pilot, all staff couldn’t be better. Worth every $. Scenery spectacular and obviously so much more than can be seen from ground. Saw Tasman glacier from the lake but to see from above shows the whole area.

Great team to communicate with. They are so cheerful and helpful with any inquiries and go beyond to assist. We had the perfect weather on the day! A friendly pilot told us points of interest on the flight and his travel plan as we flew. It was amazing and surreal The views were spectacular. Thank you everyone. We absolutely loved it ❤️

The Helicopter Line & Glacier Helicopters West Coast gave us an experience of a lifetime with a wonderful flight, excellent commentary and an amazing walk around the top of a mountain. From the moment we arrived at reception the staff were friendly and very professional and the pilot could not do too much for us, even taking pictures when we landed on the mountain.

We took the 30 minute trip. The staff were professional and friendly. I felt safe with the pilot. The views from the air were stunning. Walking on the glacier and just experiencing the beauty of the mountains was spectacular. FYI, we got rained out our first day, but they were very good at keeping us advised on other options and fit us in early the next morning.

Just wow - The whole team did a great job at making it a special event and the weather gods shone on us that day 😁 The snow landing just showed us how big everything else is ….. if you have the opportunity - you have to do this trip
