Overview
Leave the driving on the windy Road to Hana to someone else on this small-group excursion. A deluxe limo-van takes you to discover the area, including Kaumahina State Park. Along the road, make multiple stops to see a waterfall, lava sea cliffs, and other natural sights. What to Expect
Begin with pickup at your Maui hotel in a luxury limo-van and a light or full breakfast (depending on option you've selected) in Paia village before driving the island’s legendary Road to Hana. On this small-group tour, your guide provides personalized attention on the cliffside, coastal drive.
Stop at Kaumahina State Park to look out at the lava sea cliffs, lush taro fields, the village of Keanae, and Waikani Falls where mountain rainwater flows into tropical pools. Arrive in Hana, Hawaii’s undeveloped paradise to explore the village.
If you chose the picnic option, take a tour of Hana Tropical Gardens and Nursery where you have a picnic lunch. (See sample menu in Itinerary.)
If you chose the 4-course luncheon, enjoy an elegant Pacific-Rim style lunch at Travaasa Hana Hotel. (See sample menu in Itinerary.) While there, spend time swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing in paradise.
Finally, head back to your hotel at a leisurely pace, stopping along the road home to swim in Ho’okipa and see windsurfers in action.
