I visited with a group of International college students. they loved the variety of animals. a good 1/2 visit.
Purchase your tickets ahead of time for admission to the popular Zoo Atlanta, home to more than 1,000 animals from around the world. Tickets are good anytime during opening hours.
With your voucher in hand, make your way to Zoo Atlanta anytime during opening hours (March 13 to November 5, weekdays 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weekends and holidays 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; November 6 to March 12, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every day.)
Once inside, you are free to spend your time the way you want. The zoo’s highlights include the largest population of great apes in the United States and being one of the few zoos in the country to house giant pandas. Altogether, there are more than 1,000 animals representing 220 species.
Activities include Keeper Talks, a petting zoo, a Splash Fountain, and an interactive KIDZone. Food and drink options are available for purchase inside the zoo.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to point out that the construction is an addition to the Zoo. The elephants, giraffes, zebras, warthogs, and ostriches will call the African Savanna home when it is completed next year.
