Overview
Traveling through New Orleans on foot is a great way to see sights up close, but it can begin to feel exhausting after a while. This Segway tour of New Orleans’ French Quarter saves your feet from all the walking and still gets you near popular areas for exploring such as Louis Armstrong Park, Jackson Square, and along the Mississippi River. Plus, you can choose to upgrade to extend your tour with more stops.
What to Expect
This New Orleans Segway tour meets on Decatur Street in the French Quarter. Once you get acquainted with your guide and small group limited to eight people, it’s time to get acquainted with your Segway.

Take part in a short training session that teaches you how to use your Segway and feel confident riding it.

Follow your guide around New Orleans’ French Quarter along the Mississippi River to Louis Armstrong Park and Jackson Square. Learn about the city’s unique history as you ride.

If you’ve chosen to upgrade to the extended tour, you’ll also make stops at Congo Square and the Tremé neighborhood.

With either tour duration, your New Orleans’ French Quarter Segway tour concludes back on Decatur Street.

Hello, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience on tour. While our roads can be bumpy at times, and by nature the French Quarter is busy with visitors, our guides are trained to avoid the bumpiest roads and fried streets with the least amount...More

My 15 year-old son and I truly enjoyed this tour. Rod was our guide and he was outstanding. The members of our group didn't show and instead of delaying the tour to give them more time or cancel the tour because of just two people-they...More

You start the tour at their shop which is 214 Decatur street. They will set you up with a helmet, instructions and practice riding before you go out in the street for the tour.
