I recommend it!

I read the book when it first came out and wish I had re-read. While this is the case, I definitely enjoyed the tour. Informative and entertaining. The only think missing was information on the patterns in the square where the tours ends.More

It is open, I can’t answer the conceirge question. Jim Williams’ sister lives upstairs; I heard several times it was a disappointing tour.

It is a slower pace as we stopped and listened to the guide. It is a fair distance though; and the whole time (approx 2 hours) was almost entirely standing.
