      Yum yum!
My partner and I had a great time doing the tour with Braeden. Loved all the stops, especially the pastrami sandwich and the bagels! Braeden was easygoing yet knowledgable and answered all of our questions and more! Would definitely recommend.

      Awesome solo tour!
I recently took the Midtown and Central Park food tour in NYC, and it was an outstanding experience. Our guide was exceptional, providing fascinating insights into the history and culture of each location we visited. The food was simply awesome—each stop introduced us to delicious, diverse flavors that perfectly showcased New York City's culinary diversity. I learned so much about the city's food scene and its landmarks, thanks to the guide’s engaging and knowledgeable commentary. Highly recommended for both food lovers and those interested in exploring NYC's vibrant neighborhoods!

Saw the city with fresh eyes!
My boyfriend and I wanted to see the city anew and this tour was perfect. We’re both New Yorkers and get used to our daily routines. There were places on the tour we had seen before but never knew anything about! Now we have so many great facts to share with our friends and feel so much closer to the city we love. (Not to mention the pastrami was fantastic!)

Zoe was a great tour guide. The tour group was small (9 people) and Zoe took the right amount of time to do intros and get us on our way. All of the stops were excellent and she gave us history related to the gangs of New York days in both modern times as well as the dark history of the immigrant experience. I appreciated the realness and unfiltered nature of her micro history lessons. Chinatown was so cool - I had never seen these areas in all of my times wandering through the city. The dumplings were the highlight for me. We finished the tour with an excellent cannoli at a famous bakery and went on our way. 5-stars!

I enjoyed the whole experience. The good was amazing and the restaurant owners were so generous to include their food in Tom was very knowledgeable of New York and history, He went above and beyond when telling us history and happenings. He even thru in fine of his Gangster views and history and that really interested myself and group. We would definitely recommend his tour . .

When my husband and I were planning our trip to New York, we wanted to be sure to visit Little Italy and Chinatown; however, we didn't know which restaurants were the best ones to try. With our guide Rose and a family of five, we went to four different stops: 2 in Chinatown and 2 in Little Italy.

The restaurants had some of the greatest food I've ever had, and our tour guide Rose was very informative and kind. She was able to answer any question we threw her way. 10/10 would recommend this tour to anyone, whether you're from out of town or a long-term resident!

The tour guide, William, was nice, energetic and knowledgeable. However, since this was a food tour, one would expect to experience unique food in NYC. The food that we tasted were cheap and nothing special. The potstickers were meh and the pizza was oily and limp. The rest of the food were 2 desserts (cake & canoli) which made the entire tour carb heavy and very unhealthy. For $80 per person, one would expect to taste something better in such a dynamic city as NY ( I had a much better experience in the food tour in Chicago experiencing food unique to Chicago). Disappointed.

Our food tour of Chinatown and Little Italy was a perfect addition to our few days in NYC. Samantha, our guide, was charming, funny and articulate. She is a lifelong resident of the city and her love for it and the people is evident. She entwined relevant bits of the city’s history with the history of the foods she introduced us to. The amount of time and food were perfect. Can’t wait to do another tour with her!

Our guide Tom shared not only history of the area, but also played music on an instrument I have never seen; it was wonderful! We could watch the pork dumplings bring made and they were the best! Later we enjoyed mini cannoli’s after incredible pizza from Nolita Pizza (Nolita= north of Little Italy). Book this tour!! (We then walked to the 9/11 Memorial and onto Battery Park to view the Statue of Liberty.) The Uber driver took us back to our hotel, driving along the East River and we saw the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges!)

Worst experience ever! Please don't do this food tour. It's a joke and a setup to take your money. Please note refunds have a 100% fee but to cancel. No exceptions.

The food tour Chinatown / Little Italy experience:

First of all, it was a cold day in New York City and was 28°. No big deal, however, it is a big deal when they set up groups of 15 people to go into the tiniest little places ever... Plus they have other customers there besides your tour...plus, they have other tours also scheduled right in front of you. So you just stand around and wait, and wait.

First stop was this little place that there was not even enough room for everyone to sit down. They gave you this tiny shot size plastic cup with some kind of tea in it, and a cake muffin.

Next stop, a Chinese food place known for their dumplings. IT WAS PACKED. Standing room only and even that standing room left you about 2 feet from the person next to you. Our tourist said that the other tours were behind so they were still in there, plus, the restaurant had their other customers. So your guide said let's stand outside I'll just talk some more. What? It is 28°! Honestly, no matter what the weather is outside I came for a food tour and this is so disappointing, and honestly, I think the best one word adjective to describe this entire tour, is "ghetto".

My boyfriend and I said this is ridiculous and the tour guide lied and said we can reschedule or ask for a refund. That's so not true. I tried. Thank God my credit card company backed me up and they are investigating and fighting the charge I paid for this joke of a food tour.

    Don't do it.

Joy was professional with a personal touch. She used humor and authenticity to help us connect to the interesting stories she shared about each restaurant/its owners, the streets, the murals/art and the history of Chinatown and Little Italy. Highly recommend this tour which comes with DELICIOUS foods. Vegetarian diet was kindly accommodated!

The Foodie tour was great and very informative. I learned a lot about NY City and foodie history and how it came about. Our tour guide, Tom, was awesome and had a wealth of knowledge. He is interesting and kept us all engaged. Highly recommend this tour if you want to know some great Italian and Chinese places in the city to eat

Great walking food tour of NYC. A nice bit of history included but not too much to be boring. Food tastings (4 stops, 2 savory 2 sweet) were generous portions. I would definitely recommend this tour as something different to do when visiting the city. Our tour guide was Wes, he was very good and knowledgeable about the city and offered recommendations on all sorts of activities.
