The view of the city and experience was excellent but the queuing was terrible, we booked for a 10am slot got in the elevator for 11am, the queues manned by kids so when people pushed in they just said “I don’t get paid enough” the same for exiting the same for exiting the building 30-45mins to get down the building!!!!!!

Visiting SUMMIT One Vanderbilt was unforgettable! The views of NYC are breathtaking, and the creative exhibits, like the balloon room, add so much fun. The elevator ride is an experience on its own! Watching the sunset from the observation deck was magical. Perfect for visitors or local it so nice

We visited with family. A worker working on the 92nd floor came to me and my family and offered to take pictures of me and my son- who looks just like Me! this lady was out of the normal because she approached us as if she was a family member to us. She without hesitation grabbed our phones from our hands and kept snapping away. This has brought me and my family immeasurable gratitude because as tourists we normally don't get this type of customer service-- which was phenomenal. We believe her name is "JACKIE" ? PLEASE TELL HER THANK YOU!!!

Summit One Vanderbilt Building located close to Grand Central Terminal in New York City is understood to be about 1300 feet or nearly 400 meters high. As a part of 25 member tour we entered the building through the Grand Central terminal that itself is a tourist attraction. There are several elevators to take the people to 90th floor and as I entered the room, I could not believe myself. The walls, floors and roof - all are made of mirrors and standing on the floor we were simply mesmerized, not knowing whether the reflection is from the roof above our head or through the floor below our feet as infinite reflections were observed. Through some glass walls we got panoramic views of New York City and distant Statue of Liberty. We went to next floor and every where we got 360 degrees panoramic views of many skyscrapers of New York, such as, Empire State building, Chrysler Building, United Nations Building etc. Outside views from these top three 3 floors were were just unbelievable and thrilling. In fact, Summit built by Vanderbilt and commissioned in 2021 offers a mind boggling, multi-sensory experience. This building is a blend of art and technology. On the Next floor, we found floating balloons besides their reflections from the level below. A small cafe is also available at this floor offering snacks and beverages. We also found an extended floor coming out of the building and standing on this floor gave us fear of height because we felt there is no floor below our feet. From there we also took a few snaps of street below. We also took a few photographs of the Grand Central terminal.

Today was my birthday and my husband, 2 boys and self went to the Summit to celebrate. There was an agent whom approached us inside the balloon room. She just came to us like she was a family member or a friend and just offered an excellent service of taking pictures and making us strike poses. She even sang "Happy Birthday To Me!" How SWEET!! She's EXEMPLARY TALENT OF A LADY!!! AUNTIE JACKIE!!!

The best observation deck in Manhattan, has the best views of both rivers, and midtown Manhattan, the experience is nothing like any others.

Amazing experience! Best place to see a NYC sunset spectacular & the city at night! The elevator was an additional fun experience.

We are in New York for the seventh time, and it was hard to surprise us, but SUMMIT is one of the most memorable experiences, even for seasoned and discerning travelers. Recommending 100%

This is a must see while in New York. Bring a camera since you can see New York from an amazing view. There are several high floors (91+)made of glass and mirrors. It's a little hard to find. You have to go into Grand Central Stadion and go down to find the entrance. Tickets are timed, and they do let you in at that time.

Great place with a wonderful view of New York. The perfect place to take the best photos with the city as background. An unforgettable experience!

You cannot miss this with kids they will love it it's not just a view from top it's whole experience you have during the start to end of the attraction

The views of the city were spectacular. The weather was perfect-we were able to see as far as La Guardia Airport. Enjoying the signature cocktail on the 93rd floor terrace was a nice finishing touch!

Was amazing, we take a lot of amazing photos. Is a great place to visit in your trip at New York with family and friends. You can enjoy a lot with all the views and the space that summit offer.

The views were amazing and you could see every direction over 3 floors, well worth the money. The silver balls were fun and everyone enjoyed these. You get covers for your shoes and sunglasses on entry if you need them. It is well organised and guidance is good. It can get very busy in places but you only have to wait a few minutes to take photos if the area is busy. It was well worth the money.
