Please note that additional charges, including admission fees and other expenses, will apply to all participants. If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please create separate bookings. - 6.In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. - 10. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
- 11. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
- 12. Room Details All hotel rooms are based on two Full / Double beds or one King/Queen bed depends on what hotel availiable on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers. One Room Selection If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please provide a separate booking. Avoid traveling in a different bus? We did the 90 minute tour and it was definitely worth it. Our tour guide told us fun facts about the land, animals and what was beneath the water. We were excited to see several manatees, including one huge one with two littles following it that swam right under our boat! We saw lots of turtles and birds. We saw about 5 different alligators, which made us glad we weren't kayaking. Our tour guide encouraged all on board to point out anything they saw, which let us to see more than we may have. Everyone on our tour was attentive and excited about the trip. I would highly recommend the 90 minute tour and checking out the gift shop. It was filled with great merchandise and reasonably priced. - Happiness6184470 contributionsAmazing Sights!The scenery you will see on this tour is worth the 4.5 hour bus ride each way from Las Vegas. Our pick up was very early at the MGM Grand (5 am). The tour coordinator, Sarah, and bus driver, Charlotte, were both excellent. There is a stop about half way for you to use a restroom and buy food, if desired. My tip would be to bring your own lunch or buy some food at the stop as the lunch provided was not great (and the reason for only 4 stars). I actually felt like the lunch had been put together the night before in someone’s kitchen. A pre-made sandwich would have been so much more edible versus the 3 slices of bread, cup of shredded chicken and packets of ketchup. (The apple and salad were fine.) The tour of Lower Antelope Canyon was spectacular and the quick stop at Horseshoe Bend provided us some amazing photos!Written 6 December 2024

Driver was on time, nice, and very knowledgeable about the sites and stops. He also did a nice job of explaining everything in English and Mandarin so everyone on the tour could follow and felt included. We made a stop beforehand at a local grocery store to grab lunch which we ate after the hike. It was a perfect day weather wise so we got amazingly clear views all day. The hike was good, some icy spots but fine with hiking boots and our guide had walking sticks for us to borrow as well. On the way back we stopped at an iron sculpture park which was also cool. This was the worst travel experience I have ever had. Don’t believe all the fake five-star reviewers here. For every one star, the owner finds a way to get a load of five-star reviews.
We took a 3-day tour that included Niagara Falls, which was the primary purpose of our trip.
First of all, although Niagara Falls was closed due to the heavy snow, we are totally disappointed with the way the tour agency handled the situation. They offered a chocolate factory tour instead with no other alternative solution, which was unacceptable for us who flew 8 hours from London to the US. We are pretty sure that almost 99% of the tourists were unhappy with this but the agency and tour guides didn't care and acted like "whatever". Those who did not want to continue with the tour had to sign a statement which says that we "voluntarily" withdrew from the tour. This made us feel that we had no choice but to acknowledge that the agency had no responsibility for this. Thus, we do not feel that we are respected!
Second of all, the buffet charged in the group is twice the cost in the restaurant (25 and 11.99 respectively. Even including tips and taxes, twice the price is not reasonable).
Again, this was a extremely poor travel experience, do not choose this tour agency.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us about your tour experience. We truly apologize it was not the trip that you expected. We understand it is very disappointing that Niagara Falls was unreachable due to the storm, so we accommodated with attractions that were available. We strive to provide services so that all passengers are happy with the tour, but if anyone wants to depart from a tour, they are always free to do so. The buffet pricing was due to the Christmas special that was going on, and after considering drinks, tax, and tips, the pricing is correct at $25. We apologize for any misunderstandings that was experienced on the trip. We do hope you can give us another chance under better circumstances. We hope to be able to better serve you in the future. On the pre-ordered itinerary, many of the attractions had free entrance, but with our guide it suddenly cost money, e.g. Evening tour to Niagara Falls, which is free for the public, but we had to pay $45 and day tour to the Falls cost $75, but entrance for boat and "wind cave" cost the public a total of $42.25 in total.
The food we were recommended by the guide was only the all you can eat Chinese buffet 3 days in a row. 15$ for the regular guest but we had to give 25$.
Our guide was Asian with a very very poor level, so it was very difficult to understand what he was saying.
The schedule was too tight. Could have spent an extra 20-30 minutes at many of the sights.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

We started the tour waiting at 42nd st Times square as instructed. an hour later, a shuttle arrived and brought us to China Town, where the Bus was loading passengers. 95% passengers were Chinese who cannot speak english.The Tour description never mentioned that this will be a bi-lingual tour.. so everywhere we went , he will explain it in English and Chinese .Our Bus was an older model with ripped shades and weak aircon. The guy in front of us reclined way too much.It was uncomfortable.From NY to Philadelphia ,we were give 10 mins. to see the Liberty Bell and back to the bus. The lunch buffet was at a Chinese restaurant actually the theme here even in Niagara falls is stop over at a Chinese restaurant.In Niagara falls, it looks like a stop over at a cafeteria type tour bus stop over with mostly chinese food.on the way home, we were dropped off at a truck stop and waited for another bus for at least 30 mins.finally got back to NYC at 10:30 pm. During the transfers ( 2x) we left our souvenirs in one of the busses, we called, and of course they didn’t find anything. To be fair Washington capital and Niagara falls was spectacular.

From the moment we departed New York City, the tour was impeccably organized. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were well-informed about each stop along the way. The itinerary was well-balanced, allowing us to fully appreciate the beauty of Niagara Falls and the historical significance of Washington D.C.
The highlight of the trip was, of course, Niagara Falls. Witnessing the sheer power and natural splendor of the falls left me in awe. The boat tour to get up close to the falls was a definite must-do.

Your guide, Andy, was effectively bilingual, provided good and clear response explanations of the places we visited. They were from NY to Philly, DC and Niagara Falls. He was detailed and kept watch of the timing we had to get back on the bus and depart for our next destination to ensure that we fully enjoyed the trip. One thing that had me pleasantly surprised was how he reminded us to check that the amenities in the hotel room was supplied (hot water, air conditioner working condition) and even waited 20 mins in the lobby to help anyone to request for a room if their room was not well supplied. He also consistently emphasized on safety and even walked over to each guest and pointed where the photogenic shots were at. Overall I am very impressed with Andy’s service and hospitality. I would not hesitate to book another one of their tours again!

The best tour I have been so far. No negative moments at any point. Two amazing guides Allen and Andi with amazing safe drivers. Enough rest stops and very planned itinerary to begin with. No delays. Very responsibly handling all the tourist and checking and ensuring everyone is in bus after each pit stops. No rushing or hurry at any moment. Enough time to spend in Corning museum and Night Niagara view and Day view and Niagra fort . Stay at hotel overnight was excellent. Very friendly tour organizers and would recommend and definitely would like to do tour with other family members soon!! I even lost my apple EarPods in the us and was able to retrieve it the same day. Book with them and you will never regret !!!!

Had great time with the kids, the tour guide was very helpful, he was very patient and explained everything in both languages. The bus driver drives very clam and safety. Let us had an safe and happy trip! Thank you! Very recommended!

Great experience, Bowen our tour guide was very informative and was open to answering most of our questions. I had celebrated my birthday on the tour and the team had made it a memorable one, the rides and other attractions at Niagara are a must-see. Special mention to the driver who's driving was very good. I would suggest improving the quality and cleanliness of the coach and having a few interactive games or similar during the long bus rides to keep everyone engaged. Overall, it was a great trip enjoyed it a lot, it was truly a memorable Niagra falls tour, and would recommend it to anyone.

The tour takes you to a lot of places how ever it feels all a bit too rushed, and the long travel times between destinations are made to feel worse thean they are because of the uncomfortable seats on the bus. Our tour guide andy was the best always tried his best to accommodate everyone and was always willing to answer any questions, i definitely would have given it a lower score if not for him. However overall it was nice to see the places we were able to. Unfortunately i cannot comment on the price as this is the only tour I've ever been in but as a heads up it was about $1300 for a group of 3 (about 450 per person) in cost to the tour and a little under half of the attractions were closed. Read through everything to know about how much you should bring because we almost didn't bring enough cash.

we are sorry for your experience, but this is a tour that covers most popular sites like Phalidelphia washington DC. and niagara falls in just three days. it is a very good option for people traveling eastcoast with limited time. Moreover this tour do have some optional addmision that need to be collected on tour which is listed on the wesite.And we appreciate your feedbacks about the bus,we will pay more attention to the supervision of bus quality. and it will be very helpful for you to send a email to us (qc@uvbookings.com) to find out which bus it is.

It’s a amazing trip there!
Me and my friend went there with our fantastic tour guy Bowen, he is a really knowledgeable guy that introduced us a lot of details about all the places. We were also informed by him about the history of the building on the street when we were on the way to our aim locations. Food and hotel choices are also very satisfied! Overall, very good trip with Bowen! Thank you so much!!

Hey what is the luggage allowance for the tour? Also can we eat our own snacks inside the bus itself? Does the bus have an attached washroom? Also like during the Niagara Falls portion of the tour can my family and I visit the area independently if we don’t want to go with the group and then just come back later to the bus? In total right from the starting point where we reach Niagara Area how much total time will we be spending in the Niagara falls area so that my family and I can plan something else while the tour continues on its own?
