- Kira G0 contributionsFantastic day outFantastic tour, our guide Nick was great with a true love of the art but even more for his neighborhood. Spoke several languages which made it very inclusive. The street art is out of this world crazy good, would recommend to solos like me, couples and families. Great day and thanks for having me.Written 30 October 2024
- Laura G0 contributionsExcellent tour - would highly recommendOne of the highlights of our trip, this was a brilliant tour exploring the neighbourhood of Bushwick and learning all about the culture and history as well as the street art itself. Our guide Ricky was hugely knowledgeable and made the tour really fun, keeping our teenage boys engaged throughout. Would highly recommend!Written 29 October 2024
- nicola p0 contributionsDeep in BushwickVery interesting and engaging tour! There were many corners to explore and several iconic graffiti pieces to see. Nico was funny and captivating, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to discover a neighborhood so different from Manhattan and learn about its unique historyWritten 26 October 2024
- Q3428NRjohnl0 contributionsGraffiti walking tour in Brooklyn with NicReally enjoyed this tour. First off Nic was excellent - we were late because of a problem on the L train but he proactively contacted us and made sure we found him. Awesome local knowledge and discussion about street art vs. Graffiti vs. what is important in life. Local knowledge and understanding are f the groups involved in creating the art was soooo good. Not usually my go to kind of thing but would do this again without thinking twice.Written 23 October 2024
- EdwardH21680 contributionsBrooklyn Bridge tour made Great!Great tour guide very knowledgeable professional and entertaining! Good value for us! We enjoyed very much Will tell all our friends!Written 20 October 2024
- K5746MQadams0 contributionsGreat guide, great art!Bushwick is a welcome alternative to Manhattan! And the street art is a breath of fresh air too! It was a sunny day when I was on the tour led by Nick. We had people speaking four different languages and Nick managed to talk to and with everyone! The history of the area and its street art was fascinating and the art itself varied and always thought-provoking. It was a delight to be guided by Nick and I know we all had a great time. I'd recommend this tour as a New York essential for any visitor!Written 18 October 2024
- 804maximilianor0 contributionsThe best tour in BrooklynI did a lot of tours in my last trip to NYC and this one was the best by far. Williamsburg is beautiful and John was the greatest tour guy. He taught us About the history of the place, art, music, architecture and much more. I really loved it!Written 15 October 2024
- William L0 contributionsInformative tour of Bushwick graffitiKatie gave a great tour of the graffiti in Bushwick. She is an artist and knows many of her fellow artists. We had a leisurely paced walk. The graffiti is amazing.Written 14 October 2024
- Marielle65000 contributionsGreat tour with a very good guideNick was the best. He was entertaining and informative. We learned a lot about Graffiti versus Street art, but also about the neighbourhood and its people. I really recommend this tour.Written 8 October 2024
- sherrip7000 contributionsWell worth the costThank you, John, for an interesting and informative walking tour over the Brooklyn Bridge and into DUMBO. Well worth the money to learn about the building of the bridge and the stories of the people involved. Otherwise we would have just walked across and enjoyed the beautiful views without this extra information. At John's suggestion, we ate at Juliana's pizza and took the ferry back to Manhattan.Written 5 October 2024
- orna k0 contributionsNick, our tour guide made a differenceWe had the mose enjoyable art tour with Nick. - KenEs0 contributionsHighly recommended! My tour with Nick was definitely top notch. He was friendly, informative, entertaining, and inclusive. The tour involved more than merely walking around viewing street art. I learned how and why it is created. I also learned some of the history of Bushwick and the role that street art has played in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this tour.Written 20 September 2024
- vanessagF2655YJ0 contributionsExcellent tour where you will see and learn a lot! This tour was excellent! The tour started out very messy. It started at 6pm and although there were a few folks who arrived a few minutes late, they were told by my tour guide to wait for the next guide and they could not join our tour, which is just not a very customer-friendly thing to say to someone (i work for a corporate company on the guest services side) and put a bad taste in my mouth.
my guide seemed frazzled and when we arrived at dyker heights, he was just walking by the houses so fast that i decided within 10 minutes of being there to just do my own tour as i remembered the walk back to the station and can easily google the info when i came home.
this is the first time i've ever left a tour group and i could've used the $25 for something else. oh well. maybe it was my tour guide who wasn't great.
speaking of the area, it's amazing! definitely take your time walking around after the tour is over!

So magical! I expected every house to be lit up in the neighborhood, but there are several that aren’t. The ones that are, go all out!

The tour was excellent. The only thing that we had a slight problem with was waiting around too long in one spot, especially when it became crowded.
