Vinyasa Flow Yoga:
Vinyasa yoga consists of flowing sequential movements with special attention linking movement to the breath. The practice allows for lots of creativity and variety including gentle warm up, vigorous movement, and cool down and stretch.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and slow style of yoga aimed to improve flexibility, increase mobility, quiet the mind, and cultivate mindful awareness. Restorative Yoga is wonderful for reducing stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.
Yin Yoga is a slow healing style of yoga. Yin targets the connective tissues, increasing circulation in the joints, improving flexibility, and stimulating and releasing blockages in the myofascial meridians of the body to restore and balance all body systems.
