Four boroughs tours.
The trip was well done, and the tour guide Jorge was excellent. The tour lasted seven hours and started exactly on time and ended exactly on time. It was very comprehensive with lots of stops along the way so we didn’t spend too much time on the bus I would recommend it definitely

This was a fantastic way to see a little of each borough - having only ever been in Manhattan, the sights and the commentary (from our brilliant guide, Jorge!) were both fascinating and I felt the number of stops, plus the places we stopped at, were perfect in terms of cultural significance and amount of time spent. Jorge was very attentive, always ready to answer questions and provided some fascinating in-depth information. Lunch at Coney Island was a little rushed but I appreciate there is a tight schedule to keep to, plus Jorge and Rafael the driver had us back at Grand Central right on time to finish.

Jorge was absolutely amazing, very thorough and funny throughout the tour and was able to pivot on the fly when we were forced to take another route back to the Hyatt due to an accident on the freeway. He was really knowledgeable about the different regions we drove through. He provided a lot of facts about movies which were filmed in different locations and managed to stay positive throughout the very long tour.
I would highly recommend this tour with the Corny Island stop (some people left after Brooklyn to explore more). It was a great day! 10/10.

Heavy rain day in NY. Understandable that traffic was an issue but the bus started and said first place to see would be Central Park and we didn’t even drive by it for anyone to see.
Stopped at dodgy corner store with kitchen for restroom stop for 20 mins and then rest of your through Queens and Bronx. Guide Carlos only really talked about price of homes and no history of the region beyond who lived there who were famous. Brooklyn tour thru Jewish area was good but due to gridlock traffic we were never going to make it to Coney Island and back by 3… or even 5 as Carlos suggested. a number of us had events that evening we had to get back for but he was adamant to go to Coney Island even though he said only the hotdog place was open for food. A few of us got him to drop us at the subway , although he drove 4 blocks further before letting us out at 4 and we caught subway got my2 kids some food finally and we made the theatre on time. The day prior our guide on the NY day tour had so much more history and anecdotes about where we were. This was a waste of money and we will be asking for part refund,

This was a Bucket List tour of NYC and just what we were looking for. It was a great first day activity. We loved the range of sights and stops with our guide's narration. We would have enjoyed more information from our guide at our stops, especially the Apollo Theater (but know that is not everyone's thing). We would have appreciated knowing about the bathroom timeline from the beginning. My husbands bus seat (3rd row back, aisle passenger side) abruptly fell back to a reclining position on 2 occasions, which was upsetting to the person behind us. We appreciated the tight time schedule and not having to wait for dawdlers like we have on other tours. The tour guide's information about the various neighborhoods made this trip worth every penny.
Our driver was very skilled through some tricky traffic and narrow roadways. We were grateful!

Didn't manage to take this tour even though our group was booked on it as directions given were wrong. We then played tag trying to catch up with tour. Booking agent was not helpful when we tried to get our pasees scanned so that we were not charged extra for not turning up. We had a group of 13!!!! Booking agent did not communicate our issues with the tour company so communication needs to improve markedly on booking agents part.

The tour was an excellent way to visit NYC and venture outside of Manhattan. Our guide Jorge was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He provided interesting socioeconomic and historical information during the tour while making everyone laugh. Willy was our driver, and he was a nice man who did a great job at navigating the hectic NYC traffic. We are extremely pleased with our experience and would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience more of NYC.

The boroughs bus tour was good and the guide did a good job, but it seems like there just wasn’t much to stop and see along the way. We enjoyed hearing the history of the city and the information about the different boroughs. It seems like there could have been more information about some of the stops. For instance we stopped at the Apollo theater and got to step in to the lobby but all we heard were “many famous artists got their start here”. We didn’t get to see the stage or anything beyond the lobby. When we got outside another tour had stopped and their guide was giving a very detailed explanation of amateur night at the Apollo, how it worked, the experiences of the different artists etc.
We stopped at a bodega for lunch/snack but unless you like and can eat empanadas, there wasn’t much else and it was pretty chaotic. It took so long inside the store that we didn’t really have time to go see the street art in the area. I know lunch wasn’t part of the tour and it was only on our way out of the store (with chips and a coke) that the store owner explained he would have checked us out without having to stand in the long line for empanadas. Knowing this going in would have been nice.
The tour of the neighborhood with houses was interesting as a contrast to the high density housing in the other boroughs. The drive through the Hasidic Jewish neighborhood was also very interesting along with the explanation of their history and lifestyle.
The final stop was at DUMBO in Brooklyn and it was very enjoyable to get out and explore the area. We ended our tour there instead of only having a few minutes there before the bus ride back up to Manhattan. That was a solid choice.
Overall I would say it was a good tour, not a great tour, especially if you are completely unfamiliar with NYC. We have done the Manhattan tour by bus which was great and the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island tour which was fantastic.

As a young couple we felt a bus tour might be a little boring but we were amazed with the Knowledge Emmanuel had of NY, were fascinated with every minute of the tour.
Ample time at each stop for pictures and videos of Iconic land marks, I would definitely recommend adding the Coney Island stop as this was one of our Personal favourites.
Emmanuel was very approachable & genuinely interested in where you are from & your back ground etc, no forced small talk it was a pleasure to be in his company, Big shout too our driver Kevin who was full of laughter and keeping us safe on the road with excellent driving through tight crowed streets.
Overall we loved the experience, It’s a great tour to do early on in your trip to allow you to see vital parts of the 5 boroughs and decide for yourself what’s worth another visit.
Coney Island…. we would recommend the cyclone rollercoaster…. See my last pic 😂

We did this tour the first week in May and had a great experience despite the fact that we had a rainy cool day. Kevin our driver was so funny and made our trip interesting and safe! Loved Carlos as well. He was very informative and made us laugh! We had a great group and enjoyed all the stops we made and were thrilled to spend time at Coney Island. This tour gave true insight as to what makes up the great city of New York! The bus was ultra-clean and I have to say that this was one of the highlights of our trip to New York, highly recommend it. We were booked on another tour through another company and they canceled on us due to covid so we were thrilled to get in on this one instead. The 7 hours goes by fast and you cover a lot of turf! Thanks Again Carlos and Kevin for an amazing day! Your family from TENNESSEE!

It was half day. I suggest that you end to tour where the bridge is, and roam around there rather than coming back with the bus. Although the tour does stop in various places, you spend a long time on the bus.

Does the Boroughs tour really stop twice at Flushing Meadows? It appears two separate times on the itinerary listed here. Just curious if that is correct and why we would stop at the same place a second time. Maybe it is a good coffee break location?
