There’s no limit to the number of times you can visit an attraction during your chosen period of validity, and the savings can add up fast. Visiting an average of three included attractions per day can save you up to $70 off the usual list price. Best of all, you’ll have access to some of New York’s top attractions like the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, the Empire State Building Observation Deck, Top of the Rock, 9/11 Memorial, and the Guggenheim Museum.     I think for the helicopter it is just a discount on the price so you show them your tickets when you book. There is no charge to go out to Liberty Island just the ferry cost but if you want to go on the pedestal or the crown... More
