    Great tour
Dave was great, providing good commentary and supporting photographs. Would highly recommend It was a 90 minute walking tour, which was enough for one day. I will return to do the museum another day

Jim did a great job sharing stories from 911. I appreciated his first hand account from his perspective that day. What a day to be in New York.

    Very informative and great views.
The views were great and the information provided by our guide (David) was amazing. Had we just gone there without the guide we would not have known so much about the area and the memorial.

Daniel was amazing! My wife and I brought our 3 kids 15,13,9 to see NY. We wanted them to see a ground zero and to see how much our world changed in the blink of an eye. Thank you Daniel for your interaction with us especially my youngest son.

An absolute must-see when in NYC. The all access ticket starts with a very well-done guided tour of the site and grounds of the memorial, and includes admission into the museum and the observatory tower. Our tour guide, Brian, did an outstanding job incorporating personal memories and local connections that were really meaningful and made for such a special tribute. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. (Tip: the first 90 minutes are all outdoors so dress warmly and be prepared for changing temperatures.)

I always prefer guided tours. Generally you receive broader info than just listening to a audio tour. Our guide was pretty good. He was young though so I grew a little tired of his long rambling stories. It was post Christmas week so we took the early tour to avoid lunch time massive crowds. It was still extremely crowded but better I guess. It was a cold windy morning. The tour guide needed to be more conscious of that and not had us standing on the side of the church for 30+ minutes giving a tour intro. Hard to stay focused for 30 minutes when you are just standing and cold. Our tour visited the memorial site first and then guide ushered us to the museum and through the line. The normal line was so long so paying extra to skip the line is worth it. Same goes with One World. Anytime you go to NY during heavy travel times... pay extra skip the line fee for everything!

We chose to do all three attractions and this was definitly the right choice. Guide was there waiting for us, group size was just right ( about 20 people including our party of 4 ) The guilded tour with Daniel around the Trade Center was fantastic, he gave lots of information you wouldn't know unless with a tour. Daniel paced the tour perfectly, plenty of time to think and appreciate where you are and what you are seeing. Also he allows the appropriate time for any questions you may have ( which he could answer all questions asked ). Finally at the end of the tour Daniele tells you all about his personal experience of 911, therefore makes it very real and concludes the experience with a personal touch. Guided tour highly recommended.

After that,we went in the Museum, Guide had our tickets, walked us around to the correct entrance with no waiting in line. Museum is very moving and informative. We had a time slot to enter One World so straight in with no problems at all. The view from the observatory deck is amazing.

Julia was our guide on the 9/11 tour. I had no idea what to expect. Julia did an extraordinary job. I leared more than I could have ever imagined. As an Oregonian, only watching on TV, seeing and hearing the experience, knowledge and facts was on point. My Dad and I thought our experience was started with such open arms of welcomeness. If anyone wants a tour guide that is friendly, personable, knowledgeable should reccomend Julia as their tour guide for the 9/11 tour. I truly felt moved after walking through this thoughtful experience. Thank you

Ray was our tour guide. He was phenomenal. The way he shared his personal experience and the compassion he had in sharing the story of the tragedy of 911 was heartfelt by all.

The only thing I would change is that our tour started at 2pm and he did say that we would be with him until 3:30pm. When we finally got into the museum we felt rushed because they close at 5pm. There was so much to take in and we felt like we didn't get to do that. I feel that anyone who is doing the All Access should not have tours later than 1pm. Just my food for thought.

Out of the 3 activities I enjoyed Brian’s tour the best, which is the Ground zero tour. He was super nice and was very knowledgeable. My husband and I walk slow and he always made sure we were with the group before speaking. He brought the event’s of 911 to life in his personal memory and I found out things I never knew about. The museum was a bit crowded to push a wheelchair around in and I feel I didn’t get as much out of it as I could have. At the Freedom Tower, it would be real helpful if in front of what your viewing there were a description of what you were looking at. I vaguely knew some of the locations but half the time I didn’t know what I was looking at. Of course it didn’t help that it was poring rain and a fog was rolling in lol.

Easy to find meeting point for the activity, guide was a little over zealous but in saying that, you got more insight to the tour and found out more background so would recommend the tour. Weather was damp and cold, wrap up warm as there is a lot of standing in one place whilst the guide presents. The OWO is fantastic and a real show stopper at the start. No long queues and worth the money. North and south pools can be viewed FOC so could just do that without the museum to keep costs down if you are on a budget!

We showed up at the chapel entrance for our tour. We met Ray and the rest of our tour. He waited for all parties and began speaking about the chapel and its importance thru this historic ordeal. He showed us pictures that were very dramatic and allowed us to experience the severity of this dark day. It was very interesting to hear his experience from a personal standpoint especially with all the incidents occurring around him. He instilled the frightening details of this horrific event that we all were taken aback of all New Yorkers having to go through this experience. The best part of the tour was how he asked questions to dispell any myths about this event and we essentially all got them wrong. He made sure we understood what actually occurred and helped set the record straight. Ray Victor was and is awesome. New York is lucky to have him..

Tim is an amazing tour guide! From the time we were greeted until our departure, my son and I felt engaged with the group and the history of events at the World Trade Center. And we weren’t the only ones that felt this way as Tim remembered the names of people within the group and gave people the opportunity to share their insights. He made sure that everyone was able to hear him speak as he divulged interesting facts about the location and events of 9/11. Additionally, he made sure that group needs were tended to such as restroom breaks. Tim’s New Yorker attributes (such as his accent and responsive demeanor) also gave the tour more validity. When we return to explore more of New York’s history, we will book a tour with Tim because in such a brief period, he made us feel connected to this beautiful city. We highly recommend Tim to anyone who asks and look forward to spending time with him again.

This is my kids’ first trip to New York (ages 19 and 16). This was a must do for me. It was a cold day for much of the 90 minute tour but our tour guide Beth was animated and passionate enough to take the chill off. She is from Puerto Rico and a great guide. We ended up spending over 5 hours on site. The experience is a must do but we all felt emotionally and physically fatigued after so plan accordingly.
