      Good time, good music.
If Macy’s Fourth of July fireworks is in your bucket list, then do it. It is a total chaos to board. 6 boats board in the same pier, without any lines or direction. The security people were patient with the Impatient party goers. The best view is in the front of the boat or the top deck. Get chairs and claim your spot when you get on the boat. The music is very good. They have 2 dj one inside and one outside. Would I ever do it again? Probably not, but overall it was a good experience and it was in my bucket list. Oh, very family friendly, very safe, tons of security,

i Events refused to give us a refund for a canceled 4th of July cruise.
Booked our cruise through i Events. Because of Covid 19, the cruise was canceled. We checked with Great Point for our refund and they said we had to go through their booking agent, i Events. i Events would not answer our emails and we were unable to contact them by phone. Total rip off!!!!!!!!!!!

      DO NOT USE IEVENTS!!!!
DO NOT USE IEVENTS!!! Booked July 4th Fireworks cruise in New York City on Audubon Yacht back in February. I even purchased the insurance in case something happened and we could not go. All cruises were cancelled due to Covid-19. I get it, It is unusual times and who knows when things would change. No refund has been issued yet. I called the company that runs the cruise and they said because I purchased the tickets on IEvents.com that I would have to get the refund through them. I called IEvents several times and only get a recording. Emailed three times and only get "email received." No other contact from them. Again, unusual times, but if we were treated appropriately would have considered rebooking for later event. Well, that ship has definitely passed.

I could not start my 2020 worst than this
I cant believe I ruined my 2020 celebration and my date's new year in this Party. it was not like what they advertised. They had an old DJ with very old musics. No fire work no live music an no food, just a very little appetizer. I regret this for rest of my life.

      Horrible
This excursion started off so bad that we ended up leaving before even getting on the boat. It was complete chaos, the boat resembled more of a small lobster boat, and the staff seemed very unprofessional, swearing and yelling, and audibly complaining about the customers. The experience was so uncomfortable that we opted to forgo the excursion, even though it cost us a pretty penny & was the reason why we came to NYC this weekend.

      Not worth it
This was an extremely over priced event. Getting on the boat was unorganized. The music was so loud through the entire time, you couldn’t even talk to the people seated next to you. The food was mediocre. The staff was walking around eating before all the guests got food. The staff also started drinking during the cruise. It was extremely unprofessional. We were almost an hour late getting back and exiting the boat was also extremely unorganized and dangerous. Not worth the money or the hassle.

      Worse Expensive Experience Ever
Worse Expensive Experience Ever. First off. They made us go to 14th Street and pick up the tickets. Then there was no organization for going onto and off the boat. (NYPD needs to investigate, will send videos to them). Then the food was nothing more then a buffet and not anything worth the money you expect when you pay top price for the event. The boat was possibly the largest and further to the fireworks. I can’t understand anyone that has or will leave a possible review. To be honest. It was not worth the money we spent and hopefully no one will book this event or boat ever. Decommission ASAP. Cornucopia Majesty
