It lasted around 2 hours. We were 2 adults, a 15 yo & an 8 yo. It was an easy casual walk so everyone did fine, including the 8 yo.

No. Only a portion of it. The entire trail is around 2.5 miles. Ours was shorter but very informative & just the right amount, around 2 hours. We had an 8 yo with us & she did fine & loved it.
