Luke was a great tour guide! So helpful regarding our day trip and full of knowledge of the area, history of the area and where to go while we were in Luxemburg. Had great conversation to and from the distillery as well which made the time fly on the commute. Went out of his way to give us some great gems to explore in Tennessee as well. Everything was run on time which made the trip run like clockwork! Can't recommend this tour enough and thank Luke enough.

Dylan was a wonderful tour guide. His commentary on the trip up and back was excellent. Our tour guide at the distillery, Kath, was also wonderful tour guide whose pride in the distillery shines through. Overall, a great day visiting Lynchburg.

Our guide was fantastic! Distillery was amazing! Bbq was delicious, we were expecting more than one place to sample. Brewery was okay. We thought we would be experiencing more than one stop for each experience.

The driver was exceptional and very polite and respectful. The tour of the distillery was fantastic and the staff at Jack Daniel’s were amazing. The reason for the drop in star was the confusion that started our tour at Jack Daniel’s. We were dropped off and told to go inside as our tour was @1:10. We proceeded inside but noticed we needed tickets. I went to the counter to get our tickets with barcode from trip advisor and mint juliep. The counter agent was thoroughly confused and stated she had never seen that ticket. She then said oh it’s mint juliep you didn’t check in with the other 4 guests. We told her we were dropped off and told to come in. She checked us in via our ids and gave us tickets. After the tour while on the bus a worker approached the driver and told him he was supposed to check us all in. He told us that he has never done that, and seemed just as confused as the counter agent. He explained he had never done that; but it seemed as that’s what the staff were used to. Overall we loved the trip though and would book through mint juliep again just asking more questions.

We booked the Mint Julep Tours - Jack Daniel's experience and we had an awesome time. Our bus driver told great stories and was extremely informative.

Have been looking forward to this visit for a long time. Karen was our guide and she was really knowledgeable on TN whiskey history and Uncle Nearest product development. She is highly recommended! This is a beautiful location and should be considered as host for the annual TN Whiskey Festival. Great samples and teaching moments through each sample. The Masters Blend and new TN whiskey by Uncle Nearest were our favorites. I really enjoyed the Uncle Nearest Rye (surprisingly) because I am not a Rye drinker. Highly recommended as a visit especially if you love whiskey /bourbon.

Erin was a phenomenal guide, great pre and day of communication. Her interesting facts about Lynchburg and the jack Daniel’s faculty helped pass the time.

My husband and I took this tour, spending a week in Nashville after getting married. The tour itself was a lot of fun and worth it, and I'm not even a whiskey drinker. The town of Lynchburg is very charming, we had a great woodfired pizza lunch and a stop at the winery. The reason for a less than perfect review was completely about the transportation. The bus was late to begin with. Then, we were told that we were a small tour so that would allow us to make unscheduled stops if we saw something we wanted to explore. We didn't request any additional stops. However, after the tour, we were shooed out the door and back onto the bus because the driver wanted to get back by a certain time. Our driver has a side business of karaoke. The entire way down she was singing and playing the steering wheel like a set of drums. the trip back to Nashville was a big more somber as she told us stories of how her ex abused her, she lost her daughter, then her mom and dad. If we were to go again, I'd prefer we drive ourselves down.

It was a fun and an interesting tour. Our driver Sheryl was really nice and fun. It’s an hour trip to the small town where you can know, eat and buy souvenirs. Then the tour which is really interesting knowing the process and some facts about the whiskey and Jack Daniels
