3. Take advantage of the 2024 Buy 2 Get 2 free Promotion, ensuring that all participants share accommodations in a single room. Exclusive tour rates apply only when selecting 3 or 4 travelers. Order date: 2/2/2024-12/31/2024. Please note that additional charges, including admission fees and other expenses, will apply to all participants. If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please create separate bookings. 4. In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily.
5. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
6. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
7. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
8. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
9. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
10. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
11. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
12. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
13. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
14. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. For tours departing between 05/24/2024-06/09/2024, 08/03/2024-08/07/2024, and 08/10/2024-09/12/2024, you will be arranged at an EWR area hotel on the first day. Complimentary tickets to Liberty Cruise and One World Observatory Deck will be given to the first two guests in each room for compensation.
Niagara Falls Classic Tour Packages 1 and 2 must be purchased together and cannot be selected separately.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Mt Vernon was so beautiful and interesting! It was so nice to ride in a van with just our tour guide and another couple. Galen was informative and kind. The Pentagon Memorial was outstanding and surprising. Galen really made the day special.

Monticello well worth 2-hour drive from DC
Great all day trip, Monticello is very interesting and tour guides were knowledgeable and informative. Listened to a speech by “Jefferson ” which we enjoyed. In the fall the views would be amazing! Our driver was helpful also.

The road there with gorgeous views
Jereme was the best host, our day excursion out towards Mt. Rainier. He was very knowledgeable and it was a nice that he interacted with us. I highly recommend using them. We stopped along the way saw several waterfalls, the drive up to Paradise/Mt Rainier was breathtaking. Loved our last stop crossing over the log bridge. We definitely will be coming back for the same excursion.

Beautiful Mt Rainer with good journey
A really happy day in Mt Rainer~ Get enough time in Mt Rainer. See so much beautiful view with good weather. Thanks to our tour guide Duan, who provides detailed introduction and organizes the trip well. With Duan’s help, I take a photo with reflection of Mt Riner and see the Black bear in the park which is amazing. Will get back to this trip someday in winter.

Beautiful Views, but Not Very Active ☀️
Evan ☀️ The scenery on this guided tour was stunning, but the trip was less active than I expected. It’s more suited for those who prefer a relaxed pace with short walks and plenty of photo stops. Great for sightseeing, but not ideal if you’re looking for a more physically challenging adventure.

Amazing expedition, the views are wow and the canyons are breathtaking! Everything is included in the expedition and the meals and snacks are good!! In addition, there is water (cold or not) at will! A big thank you to Evan (the guide) and the driver! Evan was great, funny and perfect!

Worth it!
Antelope Canyon is unlike anything you’ll see anywhere else and it’s so nice to have this business coordinating the passes and logistics of getting to see it. Be prepared for lots of sand! Evan makes the long drive go by quickly with lots of fun facts and his fun sense of humor. Would definitely recommend!

VERY nice place and can see a lot of wild animals.weather today is not good but still we have a good time.it is a wonderful place to go. Nan is a very helpful guider and can provide very good suggestion.she care everyone in the group.and is a good driver too.

It was such a joy to experience the gorgeous Olympia National forest ecosystems.
I was very excited when the sun poked through the clouds through out the day and then sunshine at Cresent Lake and the Falls. I’ve desired to walk in this amazing forest park and we got in a good trail hike.

Views are worth it, the tour itself needs work
Let me start off by saying the destinations are absolutely worth the long drive. Antelope Canyon was like nothing I have ever seen & I am so happy I did it. Horse Shoe Bend was also great - the mile+ walk in the heat was rough. The actual tour - I texted the tour guide (Harry) two hours prior to pick up to confirm my pickup location since I had booked this trip way in advance. A half hour before pickup I finally got a hold of him for him to tell me pick up was at Bellagio. So I made the trek to Bellagio. Only to be told once I got there they had left because my pick up was supposed to be at Treasure Island. Thankfully they came back for me but this is exactly why I reached out in advance. Our tour guide was difficult to understand & I felt as though we got little to no information along the tour, about the tour. Pretty sure we passed the Hoover Dam & didn't even know. We had a big tour bus with a bathroom on board. For the amount this tour costs, would it kill them to have hand sanitizer in in the restroom? Also, on the way back we had a video with all of the information I was hoping my tour guide would give me. I can easily watch a video in my free time. On top of it - the video was a complete snooze fest. Lunch was less than desirable. Sadly, I am booked with a tour with this same company for tomorrow. Hoping for a better experience.

Harry - our tour guide is very nice and patient. Our driver too, Jose has taken us to our destinations safely. The tour is well organized. The bus is clean although not new.The only negative thing is the outdoor rest rooms in Lower Antelope Canyon, it was not clean. All-in-all, it was fun and memorable tour.

Absolutely fantastic trip from beginning to end. Harry was an excellent tour guide and kept us on schedule. Lower Antelope guides were AMAZING. Shout out to Ryan!! They all helped take us take fabulous pictures.

In general the attractions were nice, but I felt scammed, stressed and badly feed

SCAM
Can understand that you have to pay tourist tax ($12 per day per person), but we paid money to see something that is usually free to the public eg. Niagara, Watkins Glen State Park, Finger lake. In addition to the $369 (DKK 2541) we had paid in advance, we had to pay an extra $306 (DKK 2100) per person.

Although if we had been promised minimum *** hotels, we also spent the night in a dirty ** "hotel" (Red Roof Inn)

Stress
There was too little time at each attraction. In several places there was only 20 minutes and that included visit to restroom and often the specified meeting wasen't kept anyway.

too Chinese
We got a really bad "all you can eat Chinese buffet" all 3 days and you were not offered any alternative. You gave 25$ for something that normally cost 15$.

We found a plastic lid in the food and were only offered a $10 discount. There was even one on the bus who got food poisening.

Kevin, our Chinese guide from Jupiter Legend, was very bad at English, so you only understood very little of what he said and when you asked him to explain again, he came right up to you and stood 2 inch from your face to explain, so you got his spit in your face.

Terrible service! Scam!

What a scam!!! Terrible company. They charge you admission fees for tourist spots with free entry (e.g. US capitol free tour, Harvard free tour, entry to national parks - Niagara Falls, Watkins Glen State Park). They overcharge you for the meals too ($25 for a $15 meal).

The tour guide was misleading, denying you access to Niagara Falls and dropping you off at the hotel when the entry was free.

The hotels are terrible too - beware that you will not stay in thee hotel as stated in the itinerary.

They even asked the driver (who provided excellent service btw) not to stay with us in our hotel but to sleep in a hotel in the downtown area, forcing him to wake at like 5 am and drive to our hotel the next day. Capitalism to its max.
