Overview
Setting off on the Colorado River on a kayak can take a lot of planning, and you’d have to rent equipment. Make things easier on yourself with this guided kayak tour from Las Vegas that includes a kayak, paddle, life jacket, lunch, snacks, and bottled water. Plus, your guide knows the best places to stop on land, and takes you on a short hike to see awesome views of the river from the shore.
What to Expect
After meeting up with your guide at the Hoover Dam Lodge, you will be shuttled to Willow Beach, Arizona on the Colorado River for your half-day kayaking tour. The Colorado River is slow flowing and easy to moderate for most abilities and ages.

Once at the launch site, you will have a 15 minute safety and basic paddle training session you'll set out for a 5.5-mile paddle trip with your guide, having many stops along the way. The tour will be 4 hours, exploring the beautiful clear waters and canyon along the Colorado River with stops along the way to swim or relax. You will be able to see the beautiful overlook at the River Gauger's Historical Home site and Emerald Cave. You will have some breaks for photos, and view some of the local wildlife including Big Horn Sheep, Bald Eagles and Waterfowls just to name a few.

Lunch, beverages and all necessary equipment are included.
