The favorite part was my captain. She was absolutely amazing! The only thing I wished I would have known was the size of the boat. I would have preferred a larger one.

Not what I was expecting..

Not what I was expecting.. at all. So we got picked up on the side of the canal. Had to hop onto the boat without a dock, which was very uncomfortable wearing heels. Not to mention, slightly unsafe. The boat did not match the boat on the picture, but whatever I was just excited to get on the water. The boat also did not look too clean. Our driver, God bless his heart, but was just not what I was expecting. He looked like he might have just rolled out of bed. Again, the boat was ok. When we mentioned that we had to use the bathroom our captain said he usually lets people go off the side of the boat under the canal bridge. I was honestly disgusted.
Thankfully our captain was kind, and provided us with the cups and bottle of champagne as promised. I think the champagne saved the day.
I'm writing this review because I got hit with in the head with the windshield of the boat and explained that to the owner via and got a very poor response. The truth is you don't really know who you're working with since we never got to see the person who we booked the tour with. It all in all felt a little sketchy and I wouldn't repurchase and can not recommend.

Beautiful experience!

Frank was a wonderful captain. He took us all around to see all the beautiful homes. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne and a beautiful day. My only disappointment was I received a copy of the invoice from dolphin tours which was way cheaper. I would recommend booking directly through them because trip advisor charged me an extra 90.00. That’s not cool!

Perfect Excursion

This was the perfect excursion for our girls' trip. Got to explore the Miami waters for a few hours and relax at the Sandbar. We were permitted to bring our own food and drinks along. While out there we decided to extend our excursion for another hour. They allowed the extra time without hesitation. Captain Markus was very professional and attentive. Will definitely be doing this again next time out in Miami. Highly recommend.
