Enjoy the freedom of riding your very own Jet Ski in the tropical waters of Miami! This activity offered by Miami Watersports is a must do for any thrill seeker looking to add some excitement to their day.
Our brand-new Sea Doo GTI 130 pro are fast and extremely stable for all levels of experience. We operate inside of a calm protected bay which is great to practice your skills and become a better rider. Your professional Jet Ski instructors will go over how to operate the machine and our safety rules. They will then guide the group to a large designated riding area where you may ride as fast as you want with no restrictions as long as you stay inside of the boundaries. The instructors will be in the center of the zone, ready to assist if needed. Our jet ski can fit up to two riders, driver and passenger will be able to switch during the ride.

Freaking scam. Running a business with poor jetskis and poor conditions and blaming customer. They will say no returns from the start because they know something will always come out wrong. Avoid this place

The ride itself was okay for some of us. I've had more freedom other places. I didn't care for the designated area to ski and having to stay in the vicinity of others.
I went with a party of four total and one of the jet skis went out as soon as we got on the water.
After attempting to get the ski started, the crew failed and had to pull it back.
Instead of offering a refund, they offered to let my friend go back out for 15 minutes or ride alone without the rest of us. AND THEN they allowed someone else take the exact same jet ski back out on the water.
They didn't care about a customer practically giving them $200 without serving them properly and didn't offer a valid solution. All without remorse. On top of that they couldn't show her where the paperwork stated the customer is liable for their faulty equipment.
Furthermore, 175 quickly turned to $200 really quick so be prepared to pay more.
The manager is awful as well. She speaks to the workers like they are garbage and she honestly doesn't speak to the customers any better.
Would not recommend.

***WARNING*** Be warned when you come here if you've bought a coupon from a third party like Groupon. Always read the fine print. I used a groupon here for a 1 hour ride for $80. when I arrived I was told that the ticket I bought didn't pay for the gas and there were additional fees that Miami Watersports tagged on like $140 (per hour minutes) for insurance, docking fee, and wildlife fee. Holy moly what a scam. Just be prepared for anything when you get there!!!

Hidden fees when you sign up.
Doesn’t take American Express and also hits you with random fees when you go to sign up. Even when you paid for Amex in the online booking.

Worst Experience in Miami

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We get there and it is caos. We go to talk to the lady at the counter and she was extremely rude. She told my husband and I that we could not ride together, even though other people in our group were riding together and made us spend 105 dollars more than they had originally promised. Everyone working there was rude and do not waste your money on this place.

Very unprofessional in dealing with customers. They rip you off with the time. We were told once you get to the red cone when u can actually start jet skiing and not going 1mph the time start, to find out they start the time as soon as you get on the jet ski which isn’t fair. We ended up jet skiing for a total of 12 mins to be exact and he made us go back. It takes 7 mins to get to the area where you can jet ski, and 7 mins to get back which was a rip off. When we complained they told us that’s the way they do it and that’s their system. U wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

By far the worst experience i have ever had . Please don’t waste your time / money. They cut you off short while you are in the middle of the water . The jet skis can’t even go fast Bec the water is too shallow so half of the time you are doing 5/10 MPH. I would never go again.. staff are unprofessional and they don’t respect you as a customer . Prices there is way too expensive. If i can give it a zero i would !!

The worst experience ever! we have rented 2 Jet skis for an hour, and I saw the guy taking my credit card underneath the desk, I have asked him if he took picture of my credit card and he said no, only the ID.
Afterward, we went out with the Jetski and they have a GPS system who was screwed and doesn't let you drive more than 5mph when you getting inside the zone (which is very small) it works, but for us, the jet ski was turning into the limit speed even when we are inside the zone!!! we could be 2 jet ski one next to each other, one is working the other one doesn't, after 7 minutes of trying to fix it with the guide guy we decided to go back and get a refund.
we arrived at the desk and they just said sorry there is no refund. period. trying to put it in your fault that you were out of the zone or maybe you just don't know how to ride (we had jet ski for 5 years).
At the end, something was suspicious to us and we ask again if he really did take a picture under the desk for the ID only, he said no, I took a picture of your credit card too. I told them I will let other people know about this scam the guy laugh and said " put my name too - Nicolas"
Please be careful, we all work hard for our money.

I am not the kind of person who write a review but in this case they ripped me off, took 300$ for jet skis that doesn't work well, instead of having fun it was a nightmare. they won't refund you your money. stay away.
