What to expect
Meet your boat at Bayside Marketplace. From there, hop aboard for this stress-free tour around Biscayne Bay. As you cruise around the waters of bay, your guide points out the opulent homes on Millionaire’s Row, including those of Shaquille O'Neal, Gloria Estefan, and Julio Iglesias. You also pass by the former home of Al Capone, and the home where they filmed the classic movie Scarface. Other highlights include the Port of Miami, Brickell Key, Fisher Island, and of course, the ever-evolving Miami skyline. A cash bar and snacks are available onboard, and the inside of the vessel is air-conditioned and has restrooms. The tour ends where it started.

Very informative tour of the bay!
Bought tickets on Groupon for $18 a person. Very easy to redeem. Tour itself is very relaxing and they didn’t mind that I had brought my own drink aboard. They do also have a bar where you can purchase drinks. The guide was very informative and did the tour in both English and Spanish. Overall, it was a nice intro to Miami history and culture. Masks must be worn during entire duration of tour.

Loved it. The tour begins at Bayside mall where you can grab a bite or shop and use the restrooms. All you need is your trip advisor ticket, you don't exchange for a boarding pass. so you can go directly to the boat lineup. The commentator was good and very likable. You sit on folding chairs so the ride is usually smooth, only one bump. Drinks available on the lower level. Shows us the celebrity homes and the cranes of the Port of Miami. My only disappointment was we were practically half passed Gloria Estefan's mansion and Ricky Martin's mansion when she pointed them out to us, yet they spent a lot of time with the Johnson and Johnson family house and Al Capone's house. Well worth going and very enjoyable and quite beautiful. See Fisher Island as well.

Time slot is not reserved - Misleading Booking Details

Please note that I did not take the cruise and am only commenting on the booking experience. THE TICKET WILL NOT RESERVE A TIME SLOT AND ATTENDANCE IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Our booking was fairly last minute so I did not look at the voucher in detail until the morning of the booking. The booking was for a 7pm time slot on Saturday and we were scheduled to arrive a bit earlier in the day. The voucher mentioned that we did not actually reserve a specific time and that attendance would be first come first serve. Our Hotel was booked in Miami Beach and through a mix of circumstances we ended up getting to Miami late and did not anticipate the intense amount of traffic over the New Years weekend in Miami Beach. Due to these circumstances it was not possible for us to make the trip at a reasonable time, especially without the guarantee of being able to actually get a ticket. As mentioned the weekend was especially busy all over town. Even though I submitted all the details the tour operator is not willing to authorize a courtesy refund. I am sure the tour is just fine but I feel that the booking experience is very misleading and it should be clear from the beginning that the reservation is not actually for a time slot.

Good but could be better
Very nice cruise through the bay, looking at some amazing houses. I wish they fleshed out the narration more with historical facts, names of architects, etc. maybe it’s just me, but celebrity naming only goes so far.

Nice boat ride

This boat tour was nice. It gave a sufficient tour around the bay with nice views. I feel like it was worth the money for an hour and a half trip that provided mildly interesting information about Miami and its origins. Guess could sit both upstairs and outside as well as downstairs and in A/C. The tour was in English and Spanish and drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) were available for purchase.

We had so much fun on this trip, it is amazing to see all of the homes and yachts, they offered drinks on this cruise and the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the sights we were seeing, I highly recommend this trip for anybody of all ages.

The cruise was very relaxing. All the staff was very friendly and polite. Everyone wore masks and offered hand sanitizer while keeping customers at least 6 feet apart.
