      Great fun despite staff
Rude customer service but fun. we probably won't return, but it's convenient if you are in the area and have nothing left to do.

      So much fun
We signed up for both courses. It is a self guided tour. Once they teach you how to keep yourself safe, you complete it on your own. Takes about 2 hours. Lots of obstacles(we chose challenging) and lots of zip lines. So much fun, absolutely loved it. I would recommend taking an insulated drink with you and possibly a change of clothes. We were drenched with sweat by the end. Also know that they do not check their phone messages unless they are open. We had 2 of our group of 6 bail, and we didn’t verify refunded $ until an hour before our time.

      Great Entertainment for kids
DEFINITELY GIVE THIS PARK A TRY!!! Took each of my Grandson’s here this summer. This is a beautiful park. Great to see reopened under new ownership after being destroyed by both hurricane Matthew and Hurricane Irma. My Grandson’s enjoy this park. They have a training session if you have not ever done this type of activity before. Only issue I have is the price and amount of time it takes. They did the Full Combo (Course 1 and 2). One child finished in 50 mins and the other 70 mins even though they advertise 2.5 - 3 hours. They do know what they are doing however, I was disappointed they weren’t challenged more.

      Kids loved it!
We took our son, two friends - all 13, and our daughter who is 15. My husband and I watched from the ground and took tons of pictures. They had so much fun. They even chose to take the harder route on course 2. So proud of them!

      Great fun with my family
I took my family to the zipline adventure and we really enjoyed it. It's perfect for families, we all enjoyed it very much. The course is not too difficult but challenging enough! We hope to come back on our next visit to Florida.

      Aa great place to visit
This is a great way to spend your day in Daytona! It was our first time here and we loved it. I had a variety of age groups with me 11 and up. We did the combo course 1 & 2 it was challenging and fun. They have a great friendly staff that run through the safety procedures with you. You proceed through the course on your own with a guide watching from below. It was a great experience and I would definitely do this again. Highly recommended!

      Hurricane Damage
We went to Daytona shortly after the Hurricane and this park appeared to suffer damage (along with most of Daytona). But we just recently went by again and it still appears to be closed. I'm not sure if they are planning to reopen this site or not? It really was a great park so I hope they do reopen but it doesn't look like any work is being done to replace it after all this time.

      Fun time on a limb
Fun tree climbing and rope swinging adventure. Wish the climbs were higher, but at least the course was relatively hard to accomplish. I believe the park is closed now due to hurricane Matthew

      Best fun ever!!!
I'm an annual pass holder at Zoom Air Daytona; I live nearby, go 3 times per week, and love every minute of it. Recently, I took my 10 year old grandson (he just reached the minimum height) and he loved it too. You are up in a beautiful tree canopy with herons and wood storks below you. The staff are outstanding--great teachers/coaches/guardians. They prepare you well and keep a close eye on you as you proceed. Every "game" is different and challenging both mentally and physically, and the zips are fast and fun. You are completely safe if you follow the rules, but the challenges are real and will definitely get your heart racing. I love to hear the folks around me laughing and whooping it up as they zoom across a zip or complete something scary. The "Tarzan" challenge is a unique part of this course; there is nothing quite like it anywhere. This is terrific and healthful family fun; everyone comes down pumped, proud of themselves, and tired with lots of stories to tell.

      Fun and Serious workout
Took my 11 yr-old nephews and they loved it. My sister and I also went. It is a work out for sure and they have 3 different courses each increasing in difficulty. I did the first level and that was plenty for me. My sister and one nephew said the second level was very challenging. It takes about an hour and a half to do the first level. The instructors are very good and very patient and make sure that you are safe and comfortable.

      Fun!
What a fun time we had! Make sure you drink water before you go! They have bathrooms at check in. You can purchase water there but it's important to stay hydrated! We did all three courses. All very fun. If you are a novice 2 is probably your max. Great way to get a work out. They have a lot of zip lines. Go in the morning when it's cool!

      Wonderful Family Fun!
Only two of our party of six had ever been zip lining before. My husband and I (in our fifties) only did the first course. It was a lot of fun and just enough for us. The kids (17, 20, 22, 23) did all three courses and loved it. After we finished the first course, we were able to walk around and get great pictures of them continuing on the course. Even the members of our party who aren't very athletic were able to do everything. I would make sure you are hydrated before you begin. We also threw bottles of water up to our kids so they could get some more to drink. They said that was very helpful. It's definitely something we would do again!

      Don't get hurt....
First, let me say that I have been to Zoomair once before and I had a blast. However, my most recent visit completely changed my mind about Zoomair. I purchased a pass for the three different courses from Groupon and went with my dad. As usual, we were trained prior to starting the course about how to safely and properly navigate the course. During your visit, there are no guides actually in the trees with you - where the ziplines and obstacles are. They stay on the ground and keep an eye on you for "safety" reasons. One of the first obstacles is a rope swing. There are two pieces of rope attached to log that you sit on and go down the line on. There is extra rope for you to bring the swing towards you when it is your turn to swing. As I started to go down the rope swing, I noticed that the extra rope was stuck in the crease of my arm. It gave me a horrible rope burn. Yes, it was my fault that this happened as I did not check to make sure that the extra rope was out of the way. However, I have to think that I am not the first person that has gotten hurt at Zoomair. I told the instructor on the ground about my injury. The crease of my arm was cut open and it was starting to bleed. The sting was unbelieveable. He was extremely unprofessional about it and informed me about the paper work procedures for injuries in the trees vs. on the ground. He radioed to someone and they said that they could get me some alcohol swabs or ointment for it. The second worker came along and asked if I wanted to come down or continue the course. He acted like it was an inconvenience for him that I was hurt. I chose to continue the course and meet him at the section that he was assigned to. Once I got to another point in the course where you can return to the ground, the worker was nowhere in sight. I went to the harness house and was told by the other workers that they did not have any kind of First Aid supplies. They also did not mention any paperwork regarding injuries. How can Zoomair claim that they "provide our clientele recreational activities with a balance of safety, fun, and excitement, while respecting the natural environment" when they do not have any safety procedures in place for when someone gets hurt? Needless to say, I went to the park's water fountain and washed the burn as best as I could. I finished the courses as I did not want my money to go to waste. It has been five days and the burn has started to crust over today. I would hate to think about what would happen if someone got seriously hurt here. Because of this experience, I will not go to Zoomair again and I do not recommend others to go there.

Overall great experience for 3 teenagers and one adult. The obstacles were challenging but doable and the zip lines were fun. Our guide, John, was fabulous! He was very informative, helpful, fun, and most importantly encouraging!

The practice course was helpful but could be more realistic by being slightly more off the ground.

Climbing to the top of the highest zip line, and flinging myself through the air.
This is one of the few zip lines that a person clips themselves in rather than having staff personnel do everything for you. Staff are available, and always watching, but the individual does their own.

It was a perfect experience for first timers!!! They were very careful explaining safety and how to handle the equipment. I felt safe allowing my granddaughters enjoy this experience. They are strict on height, Rene’s sure if unsure..

Went twice over the past 2 years and was terrific both times. Great for both adults and kids (but not small ones). There are 2 courses with zips, ropes and ladders. You can do one or both or a combo of the two.
It is fun, challenging and reasonably priced. Definitely coming back.

This was my first time Zip lining and it was such a GREAT experience! They had great instructors and I felt confident after the training. I made 1 suggestion to the owner/manager after our experience to have someone on staff take photos so their customers can have memories to take home. The owner/manager appreciated the feedback and said the company is looking into adding that feature soon! Super nice staff and I’ll definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I signed up for course 1 + the long ziplines with my 11-year old son. It was a beautiful warm day, which certainly helped! The guides were very helpful in getting us set up and the safety briefing was clear and thorough. We have ziplined before in a few places and what made this different was the self guided approach, which we really liked, and the length of some of the ziplines. The climbing up and down the various obstacles was exciting and a little challenging. I don't think my 7-year old would have enjoyed it all quite as much as my 11-year old and he would have needed help clipping himself on and off each time. But my 11-year old and I loved it and would recommend this to anyone who has a couple of hours to spare and wants a challenge and Adrenalin rush!

I noticed someone else said but i endorse this course is a workout but you dont feel it while you're doing it. It is fun to do the zip lines but it gets tiring. Takes about a couple hours to get fully through the course. Would reccomend if you've never zip lined.
