The lush resorts of Palm Springs will feel a million miles away when you get out in the wilds of Joshua Tree National Park on this small group Jeep tour. Leave the city behind as you head off-road and over a rocky landscape some people say feels like being on another planet. See plants and rock formations that are unique to the desert, and learn what makes Joshua Tree so special.

What to Expect
This 4- hour jeep tour takes you to one of the nation’s most outstanding wilderness treasures, Joshua Tree National Park. Take rugged back-country trails through the Little San Bernadino Mountains to take you from the Colorado Desert to over 4000 feet elevation in the Mojave Desert. You will be treated to magnificent unspoiled desert vistas, spectacular rock formations, unique plant and animal life, and outstanding geology.

Joshua Tree National Park can be 15 to 20 degrees cooler so be sure to bring a jacket or windbreaker with you. Only sneakers or other active style shoes should be worn, no flip flops or high heels.

Thank you! Not all deserts are the same and we are very lucky to live right where the Sonoran and Mojave deserts come together so we can visit them both!

Friendly and informative guide, over roads we'd not otherwise travel

Steve gave us a great morning Jeep tour of Joshua tree. He first asked us how adventurous we wanted to be, since some of the roads were quite rugged. My kids an I were up for the maximum, so off we went. After driving into...More
