Overview

Take a thrilling ride through the Sonoran Desert and see Sedona’s rock formations up close on this 2-hour off-road tour for the whole family. With a local guide behind the wheel, ride in a four-wheel drive vehicle to the historic Dry Creek Basin, listening to stories of rebels and renegades that once roamed the area as you explore.

What to Expect

Your tour begins with pickup at your hotel at your chosen departure time. Hop into the vehicle and take a rugged ride into the scenic and historic Dry Creek Basin. Surrounded by seven majestic canyons, drive through the canyon to the old Van Deren cabin that stands as a reminder of Sedona’s colorful past.

Relive the early cowboy days as your guide shares stories about the history of the cabin that's made from hand-hewn logs. Cruise through the desert, taking in the views of Sedona’s rock formations. See if you can spot any lizards, birds, and mammals that call the desert home. The tour concludes with drop-off back at your hotel.
