About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Room-in-my-suitcase0 contributionsExciting & Exceptional Tour.I decided to take the best reviewed 'Pink Jeep' rock crawling Broken Arrow tour. I was a little reluctant to climb aboard an open-air Pink Jeep but I was assured of the vehicles safety prowess. My tour showcased majestic views, stunning rock panoramas, awesome geological architectural formations.....and all so photogenic. I passed by destinations like Coconino National Forest, Honanki Heritage Site and stopped at Submarine Rock and Chicken Point....nothing chicken about it. The final bang was a near vertical descent down a natural staircase of rock, ruts and branches....dubbed the ' Road of No Return'.....yes I did not want to return. An exciting, exceptional ride..... ....but I bounced over so many rocks that I thought I broke my bum.Written 16 March 2024
- 554barbf0 contributionsWorth it!!If you have never done any of the pink jeep tours, I highly recommend! We could not do a ‘rugged’ tour due to back issues for a couple of us, so we selected a mild tour, the 360 I believe it was. Our guide Barry was AWESOME! He was funny, kind, great at engaging everyone on the tour. The stops we made along the route were absolutely stunning! This company is very organized, detailed, and knowledgeable. It is a definite must do when you are visiting Sedona.Written 14 March 2024
- kellyk1710 contributionsBeautiful TourHoly moly this was fun!! We did the gulch tour and it was quite a ride!! So pretty but VERY bumpy so if you're not into that then you may want to pick a different one. But we did indeed take that jeep INTO the gulch! JP was our guide and he was sweet and knowledgeable and kind. And INTERESTING!! Ask him about the aliens (which I COMPLETELY believe in)! It's worth it to take one of these tours. And Pink Jeep is my recommendation.Written 13 March 2024
- abbs490 contributionsDefinitely recommend!!!We did the Scenic Rim 1.5 hour tour and I don’t have enough good things to say about it! Our guide and driver Derek was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about the area, plant life and history of Sedona. This ride is definitely bumpy but so much fun! We made one stop in the middle for great pictures. It was one of my favorite things we did in Sedona!Written 10 March 2024

- sandrapim0 contributionsIncredible tour - especially with tour guide Andy H!From booking to customer service before the trip and the tour itself, the experience was EXCEPTIONAL. What a spectacular way to see Sedona, and the tour is fun filled, adventurous, and filled with information. But what REALLY REALLY made the tour was our tour guide, Andy H. What an incredible, knowledgeable, funny, and most of all compassionate and caring guy. My 78 year old mom was on the tour, and while she is healthy and can get get around, she is a bit slower and was at times reluctant to stray too far from the jeep so as not to slow us down. Andy was AMAZING and really got her engaged so she could experience all the magic and beauty. He was the perfect match for our tour needs and we are forever grateful for his kindness, skill, and superb photo taking too! THANK YOU!Written 7 March 2024
- alisonmX5535CK0 contributionsUnforgettable great value tourReally good value for money and well worth cost. We went on 10am broken arrow tour. Our guide Scott was fun and great at giving us info about area and plants and history. Got really close to incredible mountainscapes and had some thrills going up and down rugged trails. I was a bit apprehensive about how rough it would be and my fear of heights but I felt quite ok on the day. A word of caution: even though it was early March, it was bitterly! Cold and did rain a bit. Take two layers of coats, inc waterproof one with hood and gloves ..just in case. Done folks had blankets they shared.Written 7 March 2024
- Barb42170 contributionsBest way to see Sedona!2 hour Broken Arrow Tour was amazing. Phillip was our driver and excellent tour guide. - lmphilly0 contributionsInteresting fun tourWe took the 3 hr tour to the Indian ruins with Allen. Ride was a little bumpy at times but mild. It was a cold morning so we were dressed appropriately as it was colder with wind. We drove to the site and then hiked a short trail to the ruins. It was interesting and Allen was very informative about both the site, the plants and the area. Of course, the views were great too. I’m very glad we did it.Written 6 March 2024

- JennC01050 contributionsIncredible experience, and so easy to work with!I can’t say enough good things about Pink Jeep Sedona. I did a “Touch the Earth” tour with guide Chris, who was absolutely amazing. We saw some incredible sights, learned about the history and geography of Sedona and its vortexes, and had an amazing time. Chris went above and beyond, and I would request him every time. In addition, due to illness some of our group couldn’t make it; Pink Jeep was such a pleasure to deal with. They let us reschedule for the next day in the hopes we could all make it, and when we were still a few people short, they were incredibly accommodating. I would 100% do another tour with Pink Jeep!Written 27 February 2024

Really a great way to discover the red rocks and the natural wonders of the Sedona region. The trail is really technical, and the drivers are fantastic (both in their ability to safely navigate the obstacles, and to narrate the tour). We had to make adjustments to our trip, and Pink Jeep customer service was really helpful and accommodating. It's a bit expensive, but Pink Jeep is really invested in maintaining the park, the trail and the area (e.g. working with local schools etc.) --so in a way, you're contributing to the park. If you have only a few hours in Sedona, this is the trip to take.

You certainly don’t have to go with Pink Jeep Tours. They have top shelf Rubicon JEEPs with a guide who has trained on the route and knows how to give you the best experience.
You do can rent a vehicle or take your own (if it can handle the slopes).
That said, I recommend Pink Jeep Tours.
1. They are very friendly and helpful
2. They are well trained for the environment
3. They are very informative
4. They play to your family’s personality and give you what feels like a custom tailored tour
5. The vehicles are top quality
6. The whole thing is seamless (very important as I took a 4,6,7 and 9 year old with me)
7. The staff care that you have a great experience and that you’re safe at all times
Look, you’re not going to go to Sedona that often. Don’t screw it up. Book with these guys and lock in those epic memories!
Shout out to our driver Ed! He was fabulous.
Please tip your tour operator. It says tip included; but these folk will earn an additional tip.
If you’re not convinced ... message me!

We booked the last Broken Arrow tour of the day at 4pm and were not disappointed by the tour or the sunset! Mike our driver/guide made sure we all had a great time and lots of laughs...and a few screams! He was informative and skilled! My husband and I got some great pictures of us together, thanks to Mike! He was always willing to offer his hand to make sure we were safe climbing on the rocks.
The Jeep was in great shape, clean and comfortable! Blankets were available if we were chilly, especially on the return trip after sunset.
This is a Top Notch operation! It is well worth the money for a unforgettable tour of the Red Rocks!

Our driver was Deanna on the Broken Arrow tour. She drove us places where, if you'd asked me first, I would have called impossible. ...there were a couple of times where I found myself holding my breath, but Deanna navigated the trail as if she was driving around the block. Deanna drove us places where I would only expect stunt drivers to be driving! It was like watching a movie, but better!! She was masterful at the wheel while at the same time providing a steady commentary of the topography, ecosystems, and history.
Pink Jeep Tours Sedona was a classy, well-run operation. I would put this on the top of my list of recommendations for anyone coming to Sedona.

This was incredible. If you aren’t doing this while you are in sedona, then you are missing out big time. At first I was thinking I could potentially be wasting a lot of money on something that’s just Okay, but five minutes end of the trip I am mediately knew that it was worth every dime. Not only did we say beautiful views but we felt like we were riding a roller coaster. Unfortunately if you get motion sickness you will not want to go on this tour, but for everybody else this is a wild time! The double staircase was our absolute favorite, but every part of the tour was incredible. The tour guide we had was incredibly fun. When you go on this tour you get to go out and explore past the jeep. So you do not have to stay inside the entire time! You must wear your seatbelt the entire time you were inside the cheap, and due to Covid right now you must wear your mask inside the jeep. But when you were outside of the jeep you are free to remove the mask. Your tour guide will keep it on the entire time however. If you go on one of these cheap tours please don’t forget to tip your driver!

Angie was a phenomenal tour guide! Super engaging and interacting with us the whole time, sharing information about herself, Pink Jeep, and the area. She was a great driver and while the ride was thrilling in some places it never felt unsafe. She and the other Pink Jeep operators kept in communication with one another about trail activity, which helped to keep spots uncrowded and to ensure passage on the narrow trails. Pink Jeep really knows what they're doing and work hard to show their guests a good time.
The tour left on time and we were able to get out at I think it was three spots to take in the views and walk a bit. Angie took pictures of the guests with their cameras which was very appreciated.
Beautiful area, wonderful tour and wonderful guide. I hope to some day come back to Sedona and spend more time just walking around and being there.

We have always been told by friend that we needed to take a Pink Jeep tour we we came to Sedona. Were they correct! From our advisor Toni Lynne to the desk staff to our driver Scott, we were treated like family the entire time we were preparing and going on the trip. Not only was the scenery gorgeous (even on a rare overcast day) but also the off-toad experience was a blast as well. And Scott kept us informed all along the way of the geology, nature, and history of the Canyon as well as the wider Colorado Plateau.
As the only U.S. Forest Service permitted company to provide off-road tours, we found out how Pink Jeep tours maintained the roads and that part of our tour fees went back to USFS for maintenance of the wider National Forest area, Well worth the 2 hour trip and the cost for the tour, We will be back to try another tour.

We completed our Pink Jeep tour in early March, on a beautiful spring-like day. Two days after our tour, it was snowing. So, we were quite lucky. (Our hot air balloon ride had been cancelled already , due to weather.) We took the Broken Arrow tour, which is the most popular tour that Pink Jeep offers.
Our driver, Jordan, was a very pleasant guide. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of Sedona: plant life, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and vortexes. It was obvious that she had eaten at several of the restaurants around the Pink Jeep Plaza. She recommended several. The one we chose was excellent.
Jordan was also an excellent photographer. She composed some masterful panoramic pictures of my wife and I on our phones, which we will probably display when we get home. Finally, Jordan also was quite conversational about Jeep mechanics and explained how these Pink Jeeps had been modified.
We first learned about Pink Jeep through Trip Advisor. It was listed as one of the top things to do in Sedona. We were unaware that Pink Jeep had any competitors. However, there actually are a handful of other, much smaller, Jeeping companies in Sedona. Pink Jeep seems to be the biggest operation, based on the number of Jeeps we saw on highway 89A. If you’re especially adventurous or brave, there are also businesses in Sedona where you can rent a Jeep or an ATV. However, I doubt that we would have been able to successfully navigate many of the rocks formations that Jordan climbed in our Jeep.

2020-Oct. Booked online for 2 people. For some reason, the town of Sedona was busier that weekend. Pink Jeep Tours do not have parking for customers therefore we had to look for public parking areas.
There was about 6 families/couples ahead of us in the line outside for temperature check. Then we head to their office where they verified our names and gave us a wrist band. They gave us direction to head out at the back waiting area with restrooms, where our pink jeep driver/tour guide will meet us.
Our tour guide met us quickly and we, with another couple, followed him to the jeep. The jeep has a clear heavy plastic separator between the driver, middle seat, and back seat.
Our tour guide seemed knowledgeable about both the downtown and forest areas. It was about 30 min going to the forest. We visited 2 sites. Our tour guide was funny and nice enough to take our pictures. Typical for off roading to get covered with dust. The jeep had a nice cold gallon of water for us to drink. But u can bring your own too.
It is a nice tour, something that one should not miss.
Give this review a thumbs up if it provided information that was helpful to you.

This tour was wonderful! We only had a few hours in Sedona and this was the perfect way to see a lot of beautiful sights. TRACY was amazing! She's such a sweetheart and had a wealth of knowledge and stories to share. We came in wedding attire and she was so gracious to offer to take a LOT of photos for us. There was a "traffic jam" on our way back when a private vehicle was taking a while getting up a hill that we were trying to get down. There were 4 other pink jeeps near us and Tracy took the lead to notify the office of the issue and kept us all happy and entertained while we waited. Thank you for the wonderful tour, Tracy and Pink Jeep tour!
Also, given the COVID situation they had us keep mask on. My husband and I sat in the back, with plastic divider between us and the other group (a group of 3) in the vehicle. Super thoughtful!

Does this tour have high elevation and that 45 degree angle is it terribly scary? Thanks!

The vehicles have extensive modifications to handle the terrain. Drivers are very experienced and drive slowly on both the ascents and descents.
We took my 15 year old niece and let her sit in the front seat (scariest seat).
Everyone loved the ride!

Not sure if they have a separate line for handling tour cancelations, but I would recommend calling their main phone number: (800) 873-3662
