Overview
There’s so much to see and do in Buenos Aires, and this city sightseeing tour helps first-time visitors get their bearings with visits to all the top sights. Drive through atmospheric neighborhoods including Palermo, San Telmo, La Boca, and Puerto Madero; hop out to take photos at Plaza de Mayo, the Obelisk, and Caminito Street; and see Recoleta Cemetery, home to Evita’s grave.
What to Expect

Your tour begins with pickup from your central Buenos Aires hotel. Traveling aboard an air-conditioned coach, start your exploration in the busy Retiro district.

Make your first stop at Plaza de Mayo to see the Presidential palace—the Casa Rosada—and the famous balcony from which Eva Peron (Evita) once addressed the people. Continue through the historic center, stopping at landmarks such as the Colon Theatre (Teatro Colón), Plaza de la Republica, and Obelisk (El Obelisco).

Pass by waterfront Puerto Madero, and stop to walk the cobbled lanes of San Telmo, known for its tango clubs. Continue to La Boca, located along the waterfront and famous for the brightly painted houses.

Back on the bus, head to Palermo, where attractions include Palermo woods, Buenos Aires Zoo, and Galileo Galilei planetarium.

Finally, visit Recoleta, where the star attraction is Recoleta Cemetery, a magnificent walled cemetery, home to Evita’s grave.

Your tour ends in central Buenos Aires.

Fantastic

Great way to orientate yourself. You can then choose where to go back to later. Nice driver and she spoke three languages on the trip. Impressive. And friendly.
