- Afternoon shared shuttles are operated with a minimum of 4 passengers. If you have fewer passengers, you can still check for availability since it is possible that we have more passengers on that same date/time and thus accommodate your reservation at the closest time/date available.
- Please provide us with the departure time, and exact name of the pick-up and drop-off locations (airport, hotel, private home, or identifiable landmark in Costa Rica). Otherwise, we can't completely confirm the booking until we have all this info.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

This company helped me and my other volunteer friends so much especially because as students we made last minute plans, we’re on a tight budget and often changed our plans. However Andres (from the company) was very accommodating and gave us great prices and helped organise our last minute plans. He was also very accessible by phone even on holidays like Christmas and New Year’s Day. He also suggested lots of options and alternative solutions for our travel plans.Written 3 January 2020

The process of being able to text or call whenever is amazing. This company made my trip more enjoyable. They were also very helpful giving us information about the area and helping us arrange tours.
