From the minute we talk to the agent Gaby and the second we got dropped off at our hotel by our guide Everton was an amazing experience. Every minute was a positive blast. Extremely recommend Paraty Tours, they accommodate my mother in law capacities, we have a nice and pleasent time, no rush, very informative, fun and relax. Nice trip with a 4x4 jeep. To several waterfalls and a Chacaca factory where we did a tasting. Also the lunch restaurant was good. All was very well organized by Paraty Tours!

We had an incredible trip hiking up the (not that one!) Pão de Açúcar. Luan our guide was fantastic: knowledgeable, professional and calm. We loved it and the views were spectacular. We then went to a tiny, empty beach. Would strongly recommend!

Christian was a very informative and thoughtful guide. His English is excellent.( Also, Tamires who helped us with in the PT office, has very good English) The trail is partly stone cobbles which can be tricky if you wear flip flops. We wore trainers and were fine. The day we went was fine but there had been heavy rain the day before for hours. Nevertheless the trail was perfectly OK to walk on despite its steepness on places. We wanted a sense of what the Atlantic rain forest felt like. The experience gave us that with great views and glimpses of wildlife. The pace of the walk was gentle and suitable for us older folk!

We used Paraty tours for our only shared transfer of our 4 week stay in Brazil. Our 4 other transfers were private door to door. Our experience wasn't great but everything worked eventually. Transfer from Galeaõ was delayed due to traffic. Poor communication at the airport led to unnecessary anxiety that we had been abandoned. Transfer back to Galeaõ required us to walk half a mile with our cases to the Paraty tours office to meet the driver. Other passengers were picked up from their hotels. Still don't understand why.

Private transfer from Hilton Copacabana in Rio to Paraty and return to GIG. They were on time, very nice vehicles, and help with luggage.

It rained all day so my review is influenced by this. It would have been more fun if we could have swim in the rivers.It was just too cold. It would have been fine on a warm day. We enjoyed it anyway. The cachasa tasting was interesting and all your drivers were friendly spoke English.

Professionnel team the driver and tour guide were friendly and very nice. We had visited many beautifyl place. Even the restaurant was good and i am muslim the tour guide helped me to choose halal food. Thank you very much

My husband and I did a 5 hour cruise of the beaches around Paraty, with stops for swimming. The experience was relaxing, the views spectacular, and the beaches not too crowded (despite it being a Sunday and with other tour boats following a similar route). The cruise was laid-back and not "partyish" - and the staff very kind, attentive, and in no way pushy. Great food (we had the moqueca vegetariana, palm heart salad, and fried cassava), great drinks, and a day that was absolutely worth the very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Paraty tours are very helpful and charming to deal with. Recommended by my Pousada Viva Brazil (excellent). I wanted to hike Pao Azucar but too windy and dangerous got refunded. Safety first I like that. They organised a 6 hour guided Bird spotting with Philipe who is excellent and saw many wonderful bids with forest experience. Also did the three islands in Neptune 11. Helpful crew and good way to see the coast. All in all a great tour company.

The transportation was very good. We were in a shared van both ways. The vans were clean and the Drivers were helpful and professional. We also struggled with their website in making arrangements, but the staff was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and very PATIENT with us using the WhatsApp. We’re a bit older and navigating websites can be a challenge for us.

Whether you need transport to and from Rio or want a guided adventure in Paraty, I highly recommend Paraty Tours. Booking with them is straightforward and easy, and they’re easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The private transfers between Rio and Paraty were prompt and professional. Our private Jeep tour included waterfalls and a cachaça distillery tour. The guides were friendly, easy to communicate with, fun and professional. They really made our time in Paraty special.

My wife and I chartered a speed boat to cruise around the beautiful islands and beaches off of Paraty through Paraty Tours and it was amazing. From helping us select the boat, to having recommendations on how to spend the day, to being met at our Pousada and the entire day out on the water, everything was perfect. Our main contact, Tamires from Paraty Tours was absolutely fantastic and a great help before and after the trip. Would highly recommend this as a way to see Paraty. You pay for the boat and can bring as many people as the boat capacity allows so if you have a small group or a family it’s a really great option. It was also perfect just for the two of us.
