        Well worth the trip!
Hery, the tour guide, was very friendly and accommodating. Really relaxing to be at the sanctuary, very knowledgeable staff. The orangutans were characters and it was interesting to watch them.

        Must see place in KL
A marvellous place to be. The skyway was very good and extremely economical. The taxi from skyway back to KL was a ripoff but!

Night time tour with lots of history and culture
This was a great night time tour. Ruben was my guide. We went first to Chinatown and the market stalls at Petaling St. Then Ruben walked me through the fabulous Sri Mahamariamman Temple and told me about the history and connections to the Hindu gods as well as how he learned the traditions from his own family while he was growing up. Next we went to Independence Square and the Kolam Biru river confluence. Finally he dropped me off at the Symphony Lake water show near the Suria KLCC shopping center, next to the Petronas Towers. It was a memorable evening!

        Fun and Educational
As the pictures of food show, this museum is really fun for taking lots of funny, selfie pictures with friends. There are plenty of HUGE bowls of food or large skewers with massive shrimp or other fake items to pretend you are eating. But it is also very educational and does a good job of showing many aspects of our food chain and thoughtful displays of sugar content and hunger. It's educational and fun. Doesn't take long to visit - maybe 45 minutes and only costs about $5 or so. Discount for seniors and groups. Have fun!

        Skip it
This bus takes too long to get from point to point. We didn’t even get off because the wait for the next bus is too long. There’s no guide to give any details on the sites passing by. You’re better off just taking a Grab, which probably costs less. It’s also unsafe. At one point, the driver suddenly slammed on the breaks, which threw everyone forward. Kids were crying. I banged my head on the wall and had a cut on my face.

Complete Waste of Time and Money
First off the fare for non-Malaysian is double. So 120 rm for 2 Adults. We got on at the Petrona Towers, after waiting 20minutes, and had to stand for the next 2 stops. We got off and went into the Aquarium (which was an absolute Zoo, Thursday mid day). We had traveled a total of 4 stops. When we came out of the Aquarium we waited for about 20 min. (No seating) for a bus. When it arrived they didn't let us on because they said it was too full, even after about 6 people got off. They said there would be another bus in 40 minutes! It's 34 degrees out! However we could see the towers where we originally got on. We ended up walking back there, (not even a 5 minute walk) and then walked back to our hotel. To put it into perspective from our hotel to the Towers cost us 5 rm for both of us this morning in a Grab, and we had a seat!

        Good regular service
it was a sensible thing to do and took you to many places that tourists would want to visit. We were at the end of our holiday, so it helped kill the time rather than spending it in a shopping mall! In hind sight, a good idea to plan the day, so that you use to take in different attractions, such as the Palace. I'm not a big fan of hop on hop off buses, but this is a big city and extremely easy on the purse, so it was a no brainer.

        Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!
Terrible, don’t spend your money on this! Would be the worst hop on hop off we have ever done. No communication from any staff and the commentary is non existent.

A waste of time and money, use the public transport system instead.
The buses were dirty and in poor condition. The sound system was appalling and announcements could not be understood. We did both circuits around the city and neither of them was remotely satisfactory.

Questionable vehicle quality raises suspicions about the whole operation.
Bus stops long distances apart mean you have to walk a good way simply to get to one! No ticket desk as such and tickets can’t be purchased in hotels or elsewhere; just a man sitting bored who gives you a ticket after payment….But this isn’t a ticket, it’s a voucher which has to be exchanged when the bus comes. No real timetable, just every so often, which hardly helps standing in 35 degrees waiting. Bus itself a rolling wreck. Middle doors bent out of shape after a crash so unusable. The whole vehicle was in an awful shabby state. Door to outside deck upstairs no longer worked and had to be forced open. Seats shabby and worn, decor and fittings way past their time and in need of desperate refurbishment. Questionable whether in U.K. it would even be considered roadworthy. Driver and conductor just looked bored and fed up. Maybe a business opportunity for one the world’s bigger operators of open top buses…

Not worth it! Do it yourself!
I have been on many hop on hop off tours around the world and this is the worst! It was tired and service was lacking. No headphones or commentary. ‘Guide’ announced stops as you got to them and that’s all. The bus itself was broken and barely functioning. Staff were unapologetic and rude. Ceiling was leaking without it raining forming puddles on seats. I abandoned the for half way through as it was not worth it.

Not worth the time or money
For what minimal commentary there was, you could hardly hear it anyway. From being ignored by the person at the ticket counter to trying to board the bus, the customer service was unpleasant. KL deserves a far better hop on hop off bus service to show off the city than what it already has. I gave up after an hour as I may as well just sit on a local bus and have the same service.
